The crew did an amazing job on our patio. From the initial quoting phase to the design consultation and the final walk through everything was taken care of. If you’ve been researching for a backyard deck/patio renovation job, this is the company you’ve been looking for. I spent months trying to find a contractor that would actually listen to my input and not waste my time trying to upsell me on things I wasn’t asking for. Until I spoke with Josh Crews, this guy went above and beyond to make sure he fully heard and understood my vision. He set up a date to review my property, talk me through my options, and then the finished product was better than I could’ve ever hoped for. I spent months sifting through contractors that wouldn’t take my input seriously. Josh and Kyle’s team did an amazing job. My patio reno was completed exactly as I envisioned and it was done quickly! The associates at Platinum Deck and Patio are true professionals that take tremendous pride in the completion of your dream backyard entertainment area. Every touch point was professional and engaging from design to finish. I don’t have photos to attach, but we are very happy with the resurfacing job that was just completed. Josh, Noah, Will, and the rest of the crew, did an excellent job. A bit of weather delays, and some timing issues; all in all, the job was done very quickly and exactly as we expected. Having the longer, wider steps, and the hand rail, makes getting up and down so much safer than before. The deck does clean very easily, glad I can get Fabulosa at Dollar Tree 😉 We highly recommend Platinum should you be thinking about a new deck, or just resurfacing the one you have.

Platinum Deck and Patio did a great job right from the beginning, discussing options with replacing our old wood deck. We decided on a paver patio, in which the patio turned out great. A very dedicated and hard working crew that cleaned up each day. In only one week time, we had a great looking high quality patio. Excellent communication throughout the process, from the very beginning in designing the patio all the way through building the patio. Thus, we would highly recommend Platinum Deck and Patio.

My Platinum Team, Noah and Dennis, just completed the demolition and rebuild of my deck. It was a somewhat complicated project since my screened porch sat on top of a portion of the deck. I was absolutely amazed at how Dennis was able to put the new deck in under the walls of the porch. It came out so beautiful. Dennis also skillfully cut two boards that matched the outline of the stone wall at the back of the deck. He is a master. I was so please with the personalities of these young men. They were so pleasant to work with and very accommodating . I would definitely recommend Platinum Deck and Patio to anyone needing a new deck or updating their old deck.
