We had a vision, Gina was fantastic working on quoting us when we hadn’t yet moved in, so the quote process was a little unorthodox. The crew was so professional, such amazing attention to detail, worked with me on the little extras (I love the step for the stairs) and any small nits I found while reviewing the progress after they left for the day. We could not be happier with the end result (forgive the mess in the photo, still putting out storage solutions together), the project came in exactly as contracted, no surprises. I can’t recommend Innovative Decks more!

No Call No Show! Husband called and scheduled a appointment with Gina for a new deck rebuild via office and she never showed up or called! According to the reviews he wasn’t the first person this happened to,as tough as this economy is after taking time from your busy schedule just for this type of service we’ll take our business elsewhere.

The workers did an amazing job on our pergola. Did everything that I asked of them. Very professional and courteous. Would ask for this crew if I do additional work. Handled everything from carpentry to electric.

I do not recommend this company because I wasted my time on their quote, they made many mistakes and then they ignored me. I had to start with another company all over again. I wasted weeks and now that the weather is warmer is harder to get another contractor.

The service was very poor, there’s no communication. We went back and forth on many issues on my inquiry and had to wait for many days to get a response. I tried to be polite and patient, but it felt like I was begging to get my construction work done. I took my business somewhere else that treated me like a customer.

I reached out to Innovative Decks for an estimate to redo my front and back porches; Gina came out to our house and spoke with my husband about building the porches. We live in a house in the city, so this was a small project for them. Also, I took a visit to their showroom to see displays and spoke with Gina and Judy. They walked me through the process of choosing the right materials for my porches considering that I was interested in composite materials. We absolutely love our new porches! May showers delayed the start of work , however, Innovative Decks sent a crew of men out to demolish my old concrete porches and replaced them with new ones using Deckorators composite decking and Westgate aluminum railing. The crew were trained professionals and worked efficiently despite the occasional inclement weather conditions; they came early in the morning around 7:30am for approximately 8 hours or more. The job took two days to complete. Overall, the porches look great and are sturdy. So far, so good. We are pleased with our beautiful porches! I recommend reaching out to Innovative Deck for a quote.
