Expensive and poor final product. We had a great experience through design and quoting; however, our project was rushed and done poorly. Six months later we are still fixing the poor craftsmanship. I would not recommend.

We had a particular design request for our deck and they did a fantastic job designing and completing the deck to our needs. Getting someone to listen to our needs and building it to those needs but not adding a bunch of things we did not need was great. Jessica really listened and made good input to making the project work for us.

I had the best experience getting my deck designed and installed!! Everyone was so helpful and the communication was amazing they kept me informed with updates along the way. The quality and the attention to detail is unmatched.

Throughout all the stages of my deck rebuild, Archadeck was top-notch with their professionalism, communication, responsiveness and execution. We had a couple unexpected and unavoidable hurdles but Archadeck addressed them quickly and worked closely with us for a positive outcome. I love my new deck….and can’t wait to spend time enjoying it. I would highly recommend this company!!!

Kristen, and the whole team at Archadeck of Chicagoland, were a pleasure to work with from the start. They did a beautiful re-deck project, with composite decking, privacy walls and lighting. The team was timely and polite, thorough communication on the progress, and most importantly gave us a quality deck that we love. We can’t wait to enjoy our new outdoor living space!

The Archadeck team was great. Jessica partnered with us on the design—helping ensure we got the best design that met our needs within our budget, answering questions, and really listening to and solving concerns with us. Danielle and Gabrielle were in constant contact once the project was ready to begin. We knew what was planned each day, when people were coming, and they coordinated all the permits/inspections making things clear and simple on our end. The team that came out was great. They kept the site clean, had a great work ethic, and when they made mistakes or had issues they needed to work around, they told us what happened, their plan to fix the issues, and they followed through. I would not hesitate to recommend this group to anyone seeking to build a deck. Clear communication, good planning, great follow through.

We are so happy with our new patio! They also relaid the pavers in our sunroom saving us money. Jessica did a fantastic job with the design and Gabrielle was great at updating us on the progress. The team was very professional, kept the site picked up and got the project as promised. We would definitely recommend Archadeck!
