Very nice people just didn’t get right vibe. Asked about fixing part of my deck and was just told to stick boards under to prop up. Quote was inline with everyone else just didn’t like the whole stick something under there ….

Jeff Konopack and his team did a fantastic job repairing and staining my deck. The best communication I’ve seen from a vendor. The guys that came out to do the work was simply awesome!! I’ve referred Deck Medic to my neighbors, family, and friends.

I am deeply disappointed in our experience with Deck Medic. I have been trying to get a supervisor to my home so we could do a final walk through. I was told that I was to do the walk through with the contractors and that would be good enough. I scheduled a time with the supervisor to come by and he sent his workers and didn’t bother showing up. I contacted their corporate office who was initially responsive and told me they would get someone out asap. I have not hear back. The supervisor I dealt with basically strong-armed me into making the final payment. I am not comfortable with that sort of service. Avoid them at all costs.

If you are of a minority and you are considering being a franchisee with this company, don’t. Of course they are not going to say we don’t want black franchisees. Instead, they will offer you a special contract with tons of ridiculous fees and rules. For example, “you and your spouse must sign over your house if the money isn’t in your account when we try to withdraw the 7% from your account”. Yes, this is in the “special contract” for minorities. Good luck to you if you decide to give them a try because they can’t spell integrity.

Bryan Alcock and the entire staff did a great job. Bryan’s quote was very thorough. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The workers were neat, methodical, and finished the job on schedule. Very happy with the work and the product.They did a great red rustic wood stain on a large 6 ft privacy fence. LOOKS EXCELLENT

Huge disappointment with the quality of our deck installation. They didn’t even use the right length screws & our deck would make so much noise as you walked on it. This problem only worsened as time went on because of the screws. The overall job was poorly done. When we reached out to Deck Medic for solutions they were not receptive to rectifying the problem. WE HAD TO PAY TO HAVE ALL THE SCREWS CHANGED & THE ENTIRE DECK REFINISHED AGAIN. SAVE YOURSELF THE GRIEF & LOOK ELSEWHERE!
