We tried to get our deck fixed through these guys. After an initial contact to get an estimate they went MIA and didn’t get back to us. After a few emails they just told us they do not accept repairs. Now it’s totally up to the discretion of a business what projects to take and what not to. But in this case they knew it is going to be a repair project all along. The reason they didn’t take it is simply because they would rather maximize their profit by prioritizing bigger projects while letting repairs that can be cases of emergency sit forever. I’d be wary of doing business with these guys if they have no sense of servicemanship especially for projects like building decks that require utmost due diligence. Sure they can whip up a shiny-looking deck real fast but would it last more than 2 years? More importantly would they come back to fix it if it breaks?
