We found K7W through a flyer in our mailbox. After reaching out by voicemail they accurately phoned back for an appointment to see en inspect our deck. They came out the same day, that was great. They understood what was needed and they planned us in within weeks (according to the weather that was fantastic). We have a large deck, they removed the old deck and most off the poles that were rotten and they restored it within 3 weeks. The three carpenters worked hard, efficient and with a smile on their face. They still need to stain the result but we are confident they make it even more beautiful than it is right now. My compliments to them all!!! I can certainly recommend this company. Anna

I had a terrible experience. I have hired K7W to demo deck bar and re-paint the deck. Garbage was left for days on the lawn, crew was not showing up. Deck was not prepared correctly for paint. It bubbled up next day. After I complained they came and re-patched few areas. Left mess all over. Do not recommend.

We had a really hard time finding someone that wanted to put in the time and effort to refurbish our deck. It wasn’t an easy fix. It needed pressure washing and sanding. These guys did a great job, super responsive, always on time, and they worked through heat and cicadas!! So glad we found them.

We contacted K7W for an estimate to demolish our old concrete back porch to replace it with pressure treated wood. Mike came out promptly and we agreed to go ahead with the project. The concrete was thick and cracked and they got it all out and began working on the porch. We have a small pergola above the door and it is absolutely beautiful! Everyone was professional and very skilled and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you Walter and your crew and Helena in the office who kept us informed. You are the best!!

Not happy with finished product or the service – would not recommend. My deck is redwood. They replaced boards with pine and charged $70 a board. Additionally, they power washed the deck then did not come back to stain until 3 weeks later to finish. Part of the delay was due to weather, but there were multiple days of back to back good weather yet they never showed. When they finally finished they left stains on my new hardscape. After a couple weeks they showed up unannounced to remove the stains and were quick to ask for payment.

We were searching and got several quotes from deck companies. Most wanted to do composite and charge over $40,000. We just wanted our deck to be repaired and K7W rebuilt our wooden deck with 1/3 of the cost and truly looks unbelievable and amazing!!! Would highly recommend. Excellent deck repair by K7W decks. Walter & Halina were great in communication, and Bogden and his team repaired my wood deck with total professionalism, using great quality wood and precise cutting. These guys are great whatever you need done for wood decks.
