We couldn’t be happier with our pergola! Stephen’s execution of the project surpassed what we envisioned for our patio. I really appreciated his level of communication through this entire process, as he would send me frequent updates and would promptly respond to my calls and texts. He is kind, professional, and very thorough in his explanations. Best of all, he was always happy to take time to answer any questions I had. We will definitely use him for any future patio projects and will be referring him to friends and family.

Steve was great to work with when I decided to replace and expand my patio and add a covering. While other companies never responded to a request for an estimate, Steve responded in less than 24 hours and scheduled a time to visit. Throughout the process, he was responsive any time I had a question. In our first meeting, Steve was helpful when explaining my options and clear about the price (which was actually less than I thought it would be). He kept me up-to-date about the timing as he worked with the city for the building permit and the concrete company for the new patio. Everything was finished within the estimated timeframe and it looks great. I highly recommend Patio Perfection!

Contacted Steve via text and I received a response from him within a few hours. He came prepared and gave us a run down and showed his past and most recent work, a couple of them being in my neighborhood. They both looked great! The turn around time was about a month, which was no issue at all, especially having to get approval with our HOA and permits ready. Him and Travis got the patio done within not even 2 days, 1 full day, and about 2 hours the next if that. I am pleasantly pleased at the outcome of the patio, and I love the scallop finishes. Professional, honest, and communitive, I would recommend Steve at Patio Perfection hands down.

Patio Perfection lives up to their name. They came to repair my damaged patio cover just as they said they would. Their solution was much wiser, cheaper, and more practical than any of the other contractors who came to bid the job. Their work was efficient, clean, and timely. I especially appreciated their friendly and cooperative attitudes. It was wonderful having them work for me. I definitely will call them in the future.
