We had a great experience getting some work done. Denis presented us with clear fix vs replace options at fair prices, and the work was definitely worth it. Our deck went from slowly sliding down the hill to sitting firmly in place, and he was even able to close the massive gap that had grown in the middle. He was quick and easy to communicate with from the beginning, unlike every other Marietta deck company we tried to get in touch with. Cannot recommend him and his team enough.

Great work done by Denis and Derek! Needed some semi-urgent repairs done on my deck. Denis came by the same day to look and give me an estimate, and had repairs finished within a week. I fully agree with his assessment that the parts he fixed will be standing long after the rest of the deck reaches the end of its life. I will absolutely be calling again when we need to do a full replacement.

From the estimate request to the completion of the job–Denis responded quickly, met each milestone date, and completed the job as promised. His job estimate for the Trex product used for the deck was competitive and he did not try to upsell me on services I did not need. However, he rightly pointed out where joists needed to be replaced and provided an accurate and fair price for the additional work. I would recommend his company to anyone looking for an honest, thorough, and well experienced contractor.

Totally disappointed! I would not use Denis because he does not communicate or do what he says he will do. Let me start from the beginning: I contacted Denis on Mar 25 to get a quote for our deck. We confirmed a date/time via text. He didn’t show up. I put a review up about not showing up then he contacted me. After he apologized many times & listening to my husband I decided to give him another try. He came to the house and we got the quote. Then we thought it over and decided to give Denis a try. We set up an appointment to get us on his calendar to start demolition; however Denis decided NOT to show up. I really don’t understand why people say one thing and do another. Save yourselves the trouble of using Denis for your work, but if you do, it’s at your own risk. I also have proof of what I am saying via text.

I don’t post reviews, but this reaction bothered me. OK. I called the company and gave him what I was looking to get done. Instead of saying, “let me take a look at what you want to do”. He immediately referred me to Angie’s List. What this say to me is that your job is too small for me to even consider without looking.

Dennis came out on very short notice and gave me and my wife detailed advice on our existing deck and several ideas about extending its life, he was very friendly, genuine, and professional. Highly recommend giving him a call.
