Jose Tuscano and his crew at Quality Decks are amazing, and their work is top notch! From the first day that we met Jose at his office to look at color and railing options, the entire process went so smooth. Everything from demolition of our old deck, permitting/inspections and how the deck would be constructed were made very clear to us so there were no unknowns at all. The guys that did the majority of the work were exceptionally courteous, always on time and are real craftsman. They were meticulous in their work and every detail of the deck came out looking amazing! They also understood that our dogs needed access to the back yard at times throughout the day and coordinated their breaks and lunch around those times. Jose also frequently came by to check on progress and jump in to help whenever he was available. If I could give Quality Decks more than 5 stars I would, and I won’t hesitate to work with them again in the future!

Jose and his team did such a great job with our deck. From the start he was extremely attentive and made sure everything was exactly how we needed. When it came to the build they only took three days for the whole project to be completed. They even were happy to adjust to on the spot changes. Overall this was an amazing experience and I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new deck.

What a great experience! That is not something you hear often from a construction project. But the fact of the matter is that this was in fact a great experience. From the first day that Jose came by and took measurements to provide his estimate. He was always attentive and listened to what we wanted to do. He made sure that his proposal and design encompassed our requests. We have 20+ year old home that needed to have the deck replaced. The old deck has stucco columns that can be pretty expensive to replace and we wanted to keep them. Jose and his crew were very successful in keeping the columns and saving us several thousands of dollars. Throughout the project, Jose and his crew were timely and kept us in the loop on every step they were taking and managing our timing expectations. Unfortunately, the project started close to winter and the crew ended up working in rough weather, which also delayed things a couple of times. But they were matters outside of the control of the crew. At the end, the results were fantastic, the deck came out as expected. Looks great and is functional. We added a under-deck ceiling with recessed Bluetooth and lights which adds to the functionality and looks great. Nothing always goes according to plan and our under deck ceiling had a couple of leaks and the construction dirt was clogging the drain. Jose and his crew were really fast to respond to the issues and came and corrected everything in one weekend leaving the deck looking great. It has now been 2 years since the work and we have not experienced any issues, the deck continues to look great and we love it. Not only was the work of good quality, but I can also say that he gave us the best estimate out of all the contractors. I highly recommend giving Jose and his crew a chance.

I just had my deck completed by Quality Decks. One of the things that attracted to me was the custom bar they put alongside the railing. Its made of the same composite decking material and its very sturdy and well done. It seems to be unique to them. They don’t have a secretary, therefore, please be patient with them as I had to make sure to wrote down every detail discussed and reminded them of some things but what mattered most was the way they responded. They will make things right and Jose just wants to make you happy. Be sure you clarify the differences in composite decking colors- because some are warrantied differently and some are custom colors. The MAIN COLOR AND DECK I CHOSE WAS FIBERON SANCTUARY LATTE -40 yr WARRANTY- AND THE OUTLINE WAS FIBERON SANCTUARY ESPRESSO-ALSO 40 YEAR WARRANTY)) The ENTIRE CREW was very friendly and they did a really good job. I highly recommend Jose, and his crew. (Jose, Alfredo and Carlos) Everything was done with a permit. I am very happy with the end result. See images attached.

Jose and the entire crew were great through the entire project. From design phase, Jose provided us with various options and was super responsive – often texting several design images shortly after minor changes. The tear-out of our old deck was fast and very clean. The install phase was great, although due to supply issues we had to change materials for the first choice of decking. We got a better product with a longer warranty. The attention to detail was fantastic, with Jose quickly fixing any issues we noticed. From painting the deck structure to touching up the stucco to better match – everything came out great. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Quality Decks CS for any decking project.

Jose and Carlos have been amazing to work with on our deck project! They are very personable and treat their customers with full respect. Their workers always show up on time and are very professional. It was the first time we felt secure a project would get done well and on time compared to other companies in the past. End result is we have the best looking quality deck in the subdivision and everybody asks us who did the work! They even matched our house colors with the deck pillars perfectly like it was built with the original house. In the process we developed a very good relationship with both Jose and Carlos.
