Z Design Construction Inc a month agoCharles and his crew did an excellent job on two bathroom remodels. We are thrilled with the final results and couldn’t be happier. Throughout the whole timeline from visiting the showroom to demo to wrapping up, Charles and his crew were available via text, email or phone. I never waited more than a few minutes to hear back any time we had a question or concern. Charles’ crew is very attentive and punctual. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of every day. They were very careful of not damaging any other part of the house. I received updates to the invoice at periodic times all throughout the process. There were never any surprises with cost or otherwise. My only regret is not finding them sooner. Highly recommend Charles and Z Design!!

Wise Builders 2 weeks agoWe just signed up with Wise Builders and are very excited to start the process. Our project manager Marc has already gone above and beyond any other company we have met with. We didn’t feel pressured, like most companies made us feel, instead, Marc took us by some job sites, let us speak to references, and made an appointment in the Wise Builders Showroom to discuss our project more in detail. We wanted to take our time and make sure whoever we chose was going to be the best fit. Just wanted to write a quick review to thank Marc and Wise for making us feel at ease. We can’t wait to start our home renovation project. We are very happy with the process so far! Cheers!

Top Tier Construction 2 years agoWe did an extensive remodel during the Covid, focusing on reconstructing all of our downstairs kitchen, living and family room. It was a huge overhaul. We were very happy to engage with Top Tier Construction who saw us through the entire remodel process from design and development phase to the demo and construction phase. Amir and his team were very professional in the entire process. He guided us each step of the way and always offers his expertise and ideas which were valuable. Amir was well organized and very attentive in managing the entire project for us from dealing with the subs, to coordinating with vendors and reminding us of timelines and keeping us updated of what will happen each week. We loved that he uses Smartsheet to track the entire project and costs with us. This made it super transparent for homeowners and also reduces the amount of miscommunication. As with every remodel project, we had to deal with the expected situations especially during Covid times but Amir always finds a solution for us and do his best to address any issue that comes our way. He is a great problem solver and even with additional scope added, he was able to help us finish the project in a very timely manner. We also lived in our home during the remodel. While it was difficult, Amir and team made every possible way to help us get through it. He made great remodel protection for our existing home and protected our home items but more importantly his crew worked around having us at the house and were very accommodating to how they are working when we were home. His subs do great quality work and the end product turned out amazing and we were glad we hired Top Tier for our project. Every neighbor and friend who came over to our place cannot stop raving about how great the house looks! The workmanship and attention to details can be seen in the work produced. Our family is very happy with the remodel and would like to thank Top Tier Construction for making our dream home come true.
