James Kramer Construction Inc 11 years agoWe had Kramer Construction do a full-house remodel on our home in Los Altos which required taking the entire house down to the studs and rebuilding using a new internal floor plan. With close collaboration between Dave Sykora from Kramer, our architect Tom Harvey, designer, Julie from Brownhouse Design and various sub-contractors, our home now greatly exceeds our original expectations. Dave was very proactive in making sure we stayed on-budget, always offering multiple solutions based on our needs and the recommendations of our architect or designer. Now that we’ve been in the house a few months and the project completed, they have been extremely responsive to our questions and always promptly address our concerns. Highly recommended with no reservations.

IKB Design & Construction a month agoWe’ve used IKB for a range of project for a number of years now, some of them have been quite major ones on our property. They have always done a high quality job and been conscientious about their work. They have also been responsive to questions and quick to follow up with any tweaks which need to be made after a job, even years later. They would be my first choice for any future work.

Anytime construction and remodeling inc 4 months agoThe owner Nima came to our house st first and he was involved through out the whole project from A_Z. Their work quality was above and beyond, Nima did some changes on the original design that made a huge upgrade to the final look of our house especially our master batbroom design came out much better than what we had in mind. Also we had a very experience with purchasing material from his vendors since we were busy with our job. Overall me anda My wife are very happy with our contract with him.
