I just got off the phone with Jackie and I want to thank her for going out of her way to refer me to another company with a phone number. She was honest and told me that homepro wouldn’t be able to take on my home repair in a timely manner due to how far out they were scheduling projects. Most companies would have ended the call, but I thank her for speaking to a manager first and kindly not wasting mine or her company’s time.

We are The Ashcroft Family, and have used Texas Homepro for 2 projects previously…We love our backyard deck, as well as our complete master bath remodel, which we call the spa. Top notch company, excellent communication thru all phrases…HIGHLY RECOMMEND

A precise score would be 4.8. When the workers were here they worked hard. They were knowledgeable and professional. The overall job looks very good. The project took longer than originally estimated. The only weak link may be the floor. They kept us informed on what they were doing each day. We would definitely use them again.

Compassionate, Empathetic, Professional. I’ve never had a company be so involved in assisting a customer even though I know there is no way they could have made much profit off of the estimate sent to me. I had inquired about a very large project I needed done(foundation repair/crawlspace encapsulation), they definitely missed out on cash that others would have even overcharged for. I ran into an issue with my insurance and they would call on my behalf, leaving messages and keeping me updated on the process even when my insurance company didn’t want to release a cent. I honestly can’t say enough good things about the Texas HomePros, special shoutout to Shyenne who even assisted me while having his babyshower (sorry for all the phonecalls dude). USE THESE FOLKS for your home remodeling/repairs, the worst that could happen is you simply don’t accept their estimate, never hurts to find out what they have to offer. I’ve lived in states all over this great nation and it’s hard to come by folks like this, just have patience since everyone is trying to use them. I ain’t no freaking robot either, real talk here. -Alfredo

Amazing Experience from start to finish! The communication was great. Any questions we had were answered quick and efficiently by Jessie and Josh. Friendly staff and great experience the whole way around! Mike, Daniel, Chris, and Mark, were so Amazing! If you want hard working, proficient, friendly, understanding and knowledgeable in all aspects about their job; their defiently who you want for your home needs! These guys left a lasting impression and gave us a great experience! Rest assured when you here the name “Jessie” because he will take care or you every step of the way! He is awesome! Every single person who came to our home were such a joy and knew exactly what they were doing. The staff at Texas Home Pros were friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and were just great to talk with and get to know.
