I used Clark Remodeling for a couple projects around my house and am very happy with the work they’ve done. First off, Pat Clark (the owner) is a great guy who is very knowledgeable in all things remodeling and contracting. He takes the time to understand stand your needs and will even break down the how and the why behind the project. His prices are very fair and competitive. I recommend them for any project around the house, big or small!

I asked them to come by for a quote on 2 different projects. They seemed very knowledgeable and honest, sent me pics of previous projects, and said they’d get back to me soon with the quotes. Almost 2 weeks went by and I still hadn’t heard anything, so I texted the owner to see if he was still interested. He didn’t remember what projects I had him look at, but said that he was taking off 4 days that week to finish up some quotes and I would hear from him by the end of the week. It’s now been 3 weeks and I still haven’t heard from him – not even a message letting me know ow when he might get to it. I’m assuming my business isn’t very important to him, so I will go elsewhere.

Patrick Clark of Clark Remodeling built a new deck, master bathroom suite and remodeled an existing bathroom. I found that Patrick is caring Contractor who takes your project personally from day one. The work his company did was outstanding. Everyone who sees my new master bath gives it rave reviews. I don’t believe that I could have found a better contract. Give him a call you won’t be disappointed.

If you are thinking about doing any home remodeling, the most important thing you have to understand is the importance of having a contractor that you can trust. There are many people that call themselves “contractor”. But that doesn’t make them one! I truly believe that Patrick Clark is the contractor you should use. Patrick is honest, trustworthy, reliable and an outstanding carpenter himself! As with any remodel project, the unexpected will happen. We are so grateful to Patrick because he acted like our umbrella…protecting us from any bad things that could be headed our way. He is obsessed with saving his clients money every way he can! Patrick is also a perfectionist! He is committed to providing his clients high quality work! Our remodel is being done in phases. Phase 1 was to gut our hall guest bathroom down to the studs and completely redo it. It turned out marvelous! Phase 2 was to gut our master bath and redo the master bedroom. Pat installed new windows in the bedroom, installed hardwood floor and painted the bedroom. The master bath was a complete gut also. We had a vision of how we wanted the bathroom to look. Patrick fulfilled our vision and took it one step beyond! We could not be happier!! We will be starting our phase 3 around February or March of next year which is to redo 2 bedrooms. I would not consider anyone but Patrick for the job!!
