We hired Pires Construction to replace our sliding glass doors with new sliders. The old doors were in such bad shape they were rotting the structure underneath. He replaced the wood underneath waterproofed and sealed then installed the new sliders in a professional, timely manner and very responsibly priced. I would recommend him to anyone.

My wife and I first put our trust and money into hiring Sy to do a major renovation on our 3 season porch which he basically converted into an extra room with function for our house. My wife and I about a year later wanted to do another renovation much bigger and far more tedious than the first, we employed Sy’s services again to take down 4 walls (2 load bearing) and join our living room to our kitchen. Everyone who comes over our house now are completely amazed by the transformation from ceiling to floor and wall to wall. Everything looks completely different because of the work Sy has done, and practically all of this work was done single handily. Truthfully Sy is: Professional Punctual Personable Knowledgeable Experienced Honest And above all trustworthy

I had an interior door and side door entrance replaced due to damage on door and frame. Sy came out and replaced both within 2-3 hrs. Very professional and completed the job very quickly. Very happy with his work. Will recommend to anyone.

Had the pleasure with working with Sy Pires to get my windows done before the winter season hits. He was very professional and made us very comfortable through out the whole process. Went from quote to new windows in about 3 weeks, pretty quick! Bonus points for getting along with my dog so well too! Would love to have him back for more projects soon.
