My kitchen had a nice floor when I moved in but started to tear away slowly, we didn’t know what was going on but after a quick walk through by Cody “owner” he let us know our grout was going bad. After a quick pipe repair my wife called back and they redid our whole kitchen floor. It looks 100x better then when we moved in and they even informed us about easier ways to clean “less harsh chemicals.” From the start to end I couldn’t be happier with the new floor and now knowing how to clean properly.

My opinion is you guys took on too many jobs at one time and you dropped the ball on our kitchen project. You took 4 months to complete the project for something that should have taken a few weeks. We just want our cabinet doors installed correctly. Not even 2 weeks after you finished the doors we have 2 with major issues and are falling down. One cabinet door the hinge is loose and will eventually fall down. We are very disappointed with how you guys handled the job from start to finish. If you only have a two man crew take jobs accordingly. This could have been avoided if you would have not taken our kitchen remodel and just been honest about having another bigger project you were working on at the time. When you ask for money up front we were expecting the project to be done in a timely manner and done correctly. I’m sorry it had to come to posting a bad review but now we have to pay someone else to come in and fix the issues with our cabinet doors which never should happen.

Me, my wife and my children have been living in our house in Pahrump, Nevada for 24 years and we’ve had multiple contractors, handymen, plumbers and electricians service our house. We hired Eric Nicholson and his son Cody Nicholson from Pahrump Home Services/BJN LLC on 12/08/2023 to replace the floors in our dining room and kitchen, re-face our cabinets with new doors, new hardware, paint and also our cabinet drawers, and also replace our countertops with new laminate sheets. Halfway through the process, Eric Nicholson explained to us that he would not be able to do our countertops, but he did deduct the amount of the countertop cost from the initial price. We had multiple events planned during the holidays and one big event planned the last weekend of February. We had to book that event at Mountain Falls and it was a big inconvenience to our family and our visitors from out of town. During this process, there were also multiple issues with our flooring that they had to come back and fix after the initial work was done. The work was finished on 03/09/2024, almost four months after they initially started. The day after the work was done we had to reach out to them about the flooring and a cabinet door that had come off its hinge. Now 2 weeks after everything has been finished, we have more cabinet doors that are falling off their hinges. I made multiple attempts to reach out to Eric about these issues, with no response, feeling completely ignored. After paying them over $6,000, we are now considering taking legal action against them because now we have to find another contractor to fix the work that they finished. We had other jobs that we were considering hiring them for, but at this point in time, we wouldn’t hire them to change a lightbulb. Anyone that lives in Pahrump that’s considering hiring or contracting these individuals, good luck, and keep your fingers crossed. 👎👎👎

Needed some work done on a short time-line and Cody got right on it and was done in just 2 days. And, didn’t exceed the estimate! Excellent work, great communication.

Hired him to fix to replace my sink lines as there were corroding and leaking. Great price , knowledgeable and great customer service.

Didn’t come though for the job I needed done for my elderly mom. He gave me a great price for installing a garbage disposal but flaked completely disappointed smh…Would give zero stars if possible👎👎

Cody is fantastic! He did everything we asked and did a great job. Very responsive and he kept in communication the whole time. Would definitely use him again if needed. Highly recommend!!
