Troy-Built is an exceptional deck builder from start to finish. Of the 5-6 deck builders I meet with, Troy was the only one who actually listened to what we wanted and helped design the perfect deck. The entire crew was professional and experienced. On top of that, the Azek material is outstanding and will nearly last forever while being practically maintenance free. Pricing is fair and the quality of workmanship is outstanding. The crew even let me run my own deck lighting while they worked. We couldn’t be happier with our new outdoor living space. Highly recommend Troy-Built!!! Thanks Troy and team.

Troy and his team just completely renovated our old, gross, original 12×25′ cedar deck that was on its last legs and replaced it with Azek Timbertech. Troy and his team are communicative, friendly, and really easy to work with. Their attention to detail is second to none; they are very good at what they do. Our finished deck is absolutely gorgeous and is now a central feature of our home rather than an eye sore.

Troy and his team were a pleasure to work with from initial design to completion of our total remodeling of our 12’x24’ and added covered pergola. Troy provided great suggestions and overall design functionality that really improved our experience and usage of the space. His team were professional, timely and extremely polite to work with. Troy responded in a quick timely manner to our phone call and email. He is very busy but unlike others took the time to respond. After the call he came out a couple of days later as promised. He discussed what he does, answered our questions and made suggestions, which we went with. The job was started and completed when he said it would be by one of his employees, Steve. Both Troy and Steve are very professional and friendly and down to earth. Very obvious that Steve knows what he is doing and experienced. The deck looks great, everyone who has seen it, says wow. We would highly recommend Troy Built Decks. I’m sure all of their work on projects other than decks is also great.

I connected with Troy Built Decks through Angies List. I had a bit of an odd project installing some replacement columns on a carriage entrance on our house in Irvington. They sent Steve Hostetter. He gave us an estimate and did the work the next day. Never expected that! He did a great job and we are very happy.

Troy and his team built a cedar deck and pergola for us four years ago. They were thorough and completed the work on time even with me adding some scope to the project. The deck is still absolutely beautiful and holding up very well. I highly recommend!
