MMC Painting and Remodeling 3 months agoWe chose MMC to remodel our kitchen and the results are fantastic! Moises, the owner, and his crew are superb—highly skilled, professional and creating the least disruption possible. The costs were very reasonable for the high quality of workmanship and materials. Moises is literally there for you—joining us at showrooms as we made selections of cabinets, counters and tile, frequently coming by to confer with us and the crew, and quickly responding to texts, etc. Perhaps best of all, are the problem-solving skills that Moises and his carpenter Richard provide. They came up with creative solutions to issues that unexpectedly, but inevitably, arose. It was their ability to turn a problem into a creative improvement that made us choose MMC in the first place. That’s what they did earlier in a wonderful remodel of our son and daughter-in-law’s master bath. Even if you aren’t looking to remodel, we highly recommend MMC. Their painting is top notch. We would give 6 stars if we could!

ImageWorks Landscaping a year agoOnce again, the crew at Image Works has done a fabulous job sprucing up my yard. They pay close attention to every detail, making sure everything is cut back with precision, the edging is perfect, and the weeds are evicted! I am always so proud of my lawn after Image Works performs their magic! The crew was very polite and respectful and carefully inspected the entire property before they left. Scheduling the work was very easy and convenient and Image Works was extremely responsive and communicative. They acknowledged and granted my special requests and let me know exactly when they were coming to do the work. I have used this company many times for large (a beautiful backyard patio) and medium-sized jobs and have always been impressed with the quality of their work and their very fair pricing.

Kingston Design Remodeling 3 months agoAfter interviewing multiple builders, we chose Kingston to put an addition onto our recently purchased house in Reston. This was a big project and we chose them because they had the best combination of understanding our vision, good references, reasonable cost, hand-holding design capabilities, and seemed easy to work with. They gutted an entire floor, knocked out and rebuilt exterior walls, and built three new bedrooms and two new bathrooms. They also built a new deck and screened-in porch. Design – Emily flawlessly designed our bathrooms which look absolutely amazing and are functional too. She obtained our input and raw vision and gave us some design choices which we loved. She was very easy to work with and responsive to new choices when we requested different options. Construction – Our house is 50 years old and had a few surprises inside the walls and ceilings. Phil and his team explained different options and the pros/cons of each decision point. He clarified situations and choices in layman’s terms which I really appreciated. Josh managed the project and provided a calm influence in the eyes of the storm. MacGyver was rock solid in building anything that was asked. Not everything went flawlessly because of the age and structure of our house but Kingston successfully overcame each adverse situation. Kingston told us the project would take 5-6 months and that is exactly how long it took. At times, Kingston had 10-15 people working on the project at one time. We often felt like we had an army working for us! The crew consistently worked hard. Some of the highlights of Kingston’s build: We were very happy with how the HVAC turned out as our architect designed mini-splits and we ended up not needing those. We were thrilled that the existing ceiling duct work was reduced. That was a really great surprise. And the bathrooms look fabulous! We are hiring Kingston for our next phase (kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, laundry room remodel, new flooring and lighting) and are eager to work with them again.

Grime Solvers Cleaning Services 10 years agoI have been with Grime Solvers for a year and I lOVE the girls that come to my house. I love coming home to a clean looking and clean smelling environment. They make my kitchen shine like its new! Because of my schedule, they have also been very flexible with scheduling and times that they come to the house. I have recommended them to many and my friends have been very happy too.
