I had a small project of screening in a 9’x9’ patio. The initial response was quick and the quote was the lowest of three. The project was done within a couple of weeks of my initial inquiry and looks great. The installers were friendly, worked efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly.

Once all permitting and HOA approval were in place, the project was completed in two days. Fast efficient work. David and Julio were very cognizant of our requirements and kept double checking to ensure the project was done right.

David and his group built our Pergola and it turned out wonderful. Great Craftsmanship, Leadership, Safety, and Prompt Service. David showed up every day to check on his crews and to make sure we were being taken care of. Any questions I had or anytime I reached out to him, he responded in a timely manner. I would recommend using them and supporting your small local businesses. I’m actually having them quote 2 more projects that I’m needing done!!

Called David to get an estimate after he did my son-in-law‘s patio. They made an appointment he arrived on time. We talked about what I wanted. He sent the estimate to me I accepted the estimate and they started in a timely manner. David’s team did a great job on building our patio. They were courteous friendly and knew what they were doing.

I had a consult 6 weeks ago for a full patio rebuild and I still can’t even get a quote from them for the work. Just constant runaround about how they’ll be done with it “soon”. I guess they’re not interested in new business.

We had appointment at 4 pm. I had to call the owner David at 5:30. I was curious where he was and what happened speaking that he never called me or text that he wasn’t going to show up. David stated that he forgot and the rain made him forget. He didn’t even think about calling me he stated.I highly don’t recommend this company.

McBride Construction built a nice attached patio in our back yard and we are enjoying it every day. The work was very professional, on time, on budget and all inspections passed without any issues. David responded to all questions promptly, acommodated all our requests to the extent possible and gave us status updates regularly. I recommend David for all construction work.

David does great work and the people he uses are courteous, professional and efficient. We had a trip planned and let him know we needed the work to be done by then and he not only exceeded our expectations by finishing a week before but also did so in terms of quality. My wife was the primary point of contact and he was responsive/professional. He used Celso (paintier) Garcia and Nancy (gutters) and they were both great as well. We’ve had quite a bit of work done to the home (w/other contractors) and he’s by far the best we’ve come across. We got a new pergola & patio and are quite happy w/everything. Highly recommend David, responds to texts (anytime) and receptive to your needs/concerns. He and Marco even offered modified a design for the patio (which we loved). Will be using him again for any future work, very friendly crew as well. Highly recommended!!
