Our contractor was very professional, very knowledgeable, and very personable. We found it very easy to work with them. Blake led the project from the initial meeting through to the very last day. Blake welcomed all our questions in a timely manner. The various workers on our project were hard working, polite and timely. The subcontractors visited with us regularly, were very knowledgeable, and made sure our questions were answered and we understood the work that was happening. Quality of the work was fantastic and within our budget. We highly recommend Tradition Outdoor Living for your backyard project.

Tradition Outdoor Living just completed our new patio, and I couldn’t be happier. After seeing our neighbors redesigned patios, I was not surprised at the depth of Ryan’s knowledge and skill at design. Ryan lived up to his promise to design a patio that would look like it was original to the house. He spent a lot of time patiently answering our questions and making suggestions that added to the beauty of the project. Through the entire project, my questions and concerns were promptly addressed. The skill of the various crews he has on staff was apparent from the first day of tear down to completion. Every person who worked on the project was highly skilled, punctual, friendly, and courteous. Over the years, we have completed numerous home projects, but, as I told Ryan, this project is as close to perfection that a human could achieve.

Wow! Excellence, outstanding, there aren’t enough superlatives to properly describe the quality of our new patio cover. It looks like it was constructed as part of the original home build. Wheeler (One of the owners) is an engineer AND a perfectionist, so his expectation is extremely high. Along with the made-to-fit CAD design of your patio, Tradition Outdoor Living utilizes professional, experienced, craftsmen that obviously have been building for decades. Perfect best sums up your final project. If your hire “Chuck-in-a-truck” it may cost less, but the disappointment in quality and appearance as well as the accompanying headaches aren’t worth the so-called savings. Spend the money and do it right. Bring in the pros at Tradition Outdoor Living and I promise, you won’t be disappointed! I know I wasn’t!

I built an outdoor kitchen and I absolutely love it. Blake and his team did an excellent job. Blake also was an excellent communicator, he was on top of his business and had an eye for detail. I strongly suggest Tradition Outdoor Living.

I just finished a project with Tradition Outdoor Living today and I am super happy with the result! My pergola looks wonderful! I have been working with John P. for the last few months and he has been fantastic. From the beginning, he has listened to my wants and needs as we planned an outdoor space for my home. He has been on top of the project and provided details and necessary updates to keep me informed. Anything that impacted the project, he was on top of and his response time has been outstanding. I can’t say enough good things about how things turned out. I would highly recommend John and Tradition Outdoor Living for any outdoor project you are considering.

Our experience with Tradition Outdoor Living FAR exceeded expectations. Not only was the construction on-time, well-planned and quality, the communication was excellent. They kept us updated every step of the way and they worked seamlessly with our pool builder and roofer to coordinate requirements and schedule. The patio build was finished in under 3 weeks!! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to expand their patio or other projects. Ask for Joey! He was our contact and he was fantastic! When you compare our before and after photos, you can see why we are so pleased with their work!!! W-O-W!

Our new patio cover is finished. A Very Special thanks to John Petry for managing the overall construction process; Contract, McKinney Permit, materials & sub-contractor scheduling. Each contractor; Masonry, Framers, Roofers & Painters performed their work when scheduled & with high quality. I would highly recommend Tradition Outdoor Living for your residential projects.
