Highly recommended by neighbors and now by us as well. We are thrilled with our new deck and railing. I.S.Construction did a beautiful job, were conscientious and timely, with excellent clean-up as well. Chelly and Tomas are a delightful couple who were easy to work with planning our project and seeing it through. We will use them again for future projects.

After looking at several contractors to refurbish our deck, we decided to work with I.S Construction. We are extremely pleased with the results. A project that was estimated to take more than a week was completed in just four days! Everyone was extremely attentive to the project. The craftmanship, attention to detail, communication, suggestions, etc. were beyond our expectations. The deck is beautiful and will serve us for many years. We are so pleased with I.S Construction, we have already started discussions on our next project with them. We would highly recommend them.

This company is MORE than 5-Star in my opinion. From day 1 until finish, my kitchen & den “refresh” projects were done to perfection. This was not easy on a 60 year old house. But, Tomas & Chely kept me apprised of each glitch and how it would be fixed. I am very happy with my project results and highly reccomend this company for your construction needs.

We recently entrusted I.S Construction for our bathroom remodel. The bathroom was over 20 years old with no updates since then.They did a fantastic job, and kept good communication with us every step of the way. Chely had good design tips, and Tomas and his crew brought it together and made it happen. The tile work is beautiful and I love my new freestanding tub and stylish vanity. Tomas, Chely and their crew did a wonderful job installing a new electric fireplace in our home. They removed and remounted our TV for us. The tiling turned out beautiful. We have had several compliments on the quality of the work. Work was done in a timely fashion and cleanup was done everyday before they left. It was a pleasure to work with this company. I highly recommend them.

I.S. Construction did an amazing job renovating our 1940’s farmhouse. It’s like a brand new house with 2 new bathrooms, vaulted ceilings, new mudroom, enlarged the family room, new roof, siding, 3/4 porch, raised and supported the foundation, which was failing and much more. They became family. Highly recommended.
