Mike did an exceptional job remodeling my kitchen. This included removing a load-bearing wall, re-routing the electrical and plumbing that were in the wall, some demo of a pantry/closet, and putting it all back together. He was really easy to work with, and met the schedule and price estimate that was discussed up-front with me. His foreman, Nick, is great as well. Really good at keeping me informed along each step of the process and just a Jack of all trades who took care of all the coordination of issues. I highly recommend them. They know what they’re doing, hire very competent subcontractors, and make sure everything is done correctly.

This company was recommended to me and they were the best folks to work with. I had a small bathroom completely remodeled and they did an amazing job. I also had a guest bedroom freshened up, crown molding put up, popcorn removed and the room painted. It looks so good. Everyone was professional and worked nonstop. I can’t say enough about this company. Will use them again and highly recommend Commonwealth Contracting.

They made the loving room of my dreams by swapping out 1986 original windows for a beautiful French door. Our home is complete with this renovation and we could not have been happier with the service and quality Commonwealth Contracting provided. We will certainly be using them for our future renovations and would recommend then to any homeowner who wants the work done right!

We were looking to add an addition to and remodel a good portion of our home. We began the daunting task of searching out a contractor. My wife and I met with Mike Eippert at Commonwealth Contracting. We were impressed with his attention to detail and the passion he has for his projects. It was a no brainer to go with his company. We are so happy to have had the privilege of working with Mike and Katherine on this project. For the duration of the project, everything was explained in a clear and transparent manner. Their knowledge and experience were a great help with several design aspects of this work. For example, we never would have selected the grout color that we went with for our master bathroom on our own, but we are IN LOVE with outcome! There were some hiccups along the way, which is to be expected while undergoing a project of this size. However, these hiccups were handled in a timely and professional manner. Communication on all aspects of our project were key to it’s successful outcome. We 100% recommend Commonwealth to anyone that wants quality work performed in a timely manner. This is a long overdue review. We worked with Commonwealth in September of 2022 to remodel our master bathroom. The owner/operator, Mike, is a breeze to work with. Mike and his foreman/project manager, Nick, were very knowledgeable, professional, thorough, responsive, and made sure we were always updated on their progress. We just sold our house and nearly everyone who toured it commented on the beautiful master bath. We are, in fact, about to use Commonwealth again for a different project. Their prices are also very competitive. So very pleased with their work. Thank you, Mike & Nick!

Kitchen and partial garage remodel about 1.5 years ago gave our home a complete upgrade. The whole team from demo to finishing touches did a great job. Mike even checked up on us a couple months ago to see how the work was holding up and I mentioned something I had noticed wearing more quickly than I thought it should. Mike immediately set up some time with his experts and they agreed with my assessment. They set up time to take care of the issue and everything is absolutely wonderful. We really appreciated that Mike cared about how his team’s work was lasting and making sure it was right, even over a year later.

Mike and his team did a fantastic job with my garage renovation. I had them convert our one car garage into a bedroom with onsuite bath and it turned out really well. They were responsive and transparent about costs and I never felt like I couldn’t get answers to my questions. I would hire them in a heartbeat for other projects . Shout out to Nick their foreman who went the extra mile to make sure we were happy.

When we decided to do a complete remodel of our kitchen, there was no question on whom we would select to complete the project. Commonwealth Contracting (Mike Eippert) previously did a wonderful job remodeling our laundry room and we once again turned to them. We completely gutted the kitchen and started with a blank canvas. We installed all new cabinets, under cabinet lighting, marble counters, extensive marble backsplash, a new island, resurfaced the hardwood floors, installed a farmhouse sink and a pot filler, as well as all new appliances. When we decided to move our cook top from the old island to a wall location, a whole new new exhaust duct system had to be designed. As one can see, there were a lot of moving parts to the project. Every sub was also wonderful to work with. Mike Eippert communicated with us continuously throughout the whole process. Not only did the the kitchen turn out beautifully, it was on time and on budget. I would not hesitate to recommend Commonwealth Contracting to anyone.
