I would not hesitate to hire Creative Earthscapes. We had an outstanding result on the patio/pergola build that we had done. We are very happy with it! I know both Bill (Pergola team) and Rafeal (Patio team) have been contracted by Creative Earthcapes for quite some time and they and the crew are both very skilled in what they do. Lisa and Kelli in the office were also very supportive and timely in my inquiries. The price was very fair. It was not the lowest bid (nor the highest by far- some were just ridiculous) but we were not going for that- we wanted quality and competence and we got that. Chad (the owner and salesperson) went out of his way to get us the pavers we requested and was pretty good in responding to messages when we had questions. We provided a Scope of Work statement with the details that we wanted and I would recommend that to help develop an accurate proposal/contract.

Chad and Team did a wonderful job! Out of all the contractors I interviewed for a retaining wall and screened porch, Creative Earthscapes was the most reasonable in price and made me feel the most at ease about going into contract with. Chad presented realistic expectations, suggestions and just made the most sense during the estimate process. The team took care of permits as well as HOA approval. Everyone was communicative and made themselves available when needed. Chad and the sub contractors were very accommodating during the project whenever I wanted to make adjustments. Everyone collaborated well to bring what I envisioned to life. I have been enjoying the porch every day (weather permitting) and it’s my favorite place to relax. The retaining wall helps puts my mind at ease by making my backyard safe and usable for my child. Project Scope: 1. Screened porch with electrical 2. Retaining wall with drainage 3. Brick veneer accent wall 4. French door installation 3. Leveling yard & seeding

Chad and his team designed and built a spectacular new patio and deck for our home. They were polite, conscientious, and efficient — just a joy to work with, which is particularly valuable in an industry where delays and shoddy work often occur. In fact, we were so pleased with their kind professionalism that we intend to have them work on other projects for us in the future. Highly recommend.

Chad and his team were professional and wonderful to work with. They all had great communication throughout the whole process. They worked with us through many design changes, to get us exactly what we wanted. Our end result was an amazing patio which we are so happy with…. Extremely rude site manager!!! Lied to us to our face!!!! Poor workmanship . Boards are coming apart and stair treads are separating from the stairs

We had a fantastic experience with Creative Earthscapes. They are professional, responsive, and the quality and workmanship is outstanding. They don’t cut corners, they listen to your needs, and they can help you design your perfect space. From the beginning of the process to the end, we got immediate (same day) responses to all of our questions. When we were concerned about letting our dogs out in the winter, they put in temporary steps as they were building our deck so that the dogs could still go out back. When we didn’t like how low the fan was, they put in a smaller downrod. If we needed something picked up from the house or moved, they were there the same day. It’s truly a great company. And I truly believe you get what you pay for. Our neighbor is also a builder and he mentioned that he took note of the techniques that were used and the build process and was impressed with the attention to detail and care provided. No one is perfect, so some things that may help to be aware of: * we thought that we’d pay a deposit and then the remainder at the end of the project. We were surprised when we would get a day-of email asking for the next payment amount (especially the first time.) I think a payment schedule of some sort up front would be helpful (even if it’s “when this portion is finished, x amount will be owed) so that the homeowner is aware. Of course it makes sense to pay along the way, we just had never done that before. * they were able to start over a month ahead of schedule but we didn’t know that until lines were drawn in our yard by the electric company- when we reached out they shared that they were starting the following week. This was great news, but it also meant our first payment was due over a month before we were expecting to pay. Again, not a huge deal but something to be aware of. Again, I can’t say enough good things about the people or the process. This is a well-run business and I’m so glad we chose them to do this work.
