Northern Hammerworks completed an intensive job replacing structural beams for our home. Then they removed squeaks in floors following water damage when a restoration company could not. Work crews have been respectful of property and performed quality work. Prices have been fair and job completion in a timely manner. Project managers/ supervisors have been responsive immediately to all questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this company and trust their professional judgment.

Nice people, but it seemed like they were trying to pass off sloppy work and we had to complain or it wouldn’t be fixed, which really made me feel very uncomfortable. We were pushed to pay before a final walk through and some areas still look like a DIY job. For the nearly 40k spent I was expecting more attention to detail. *picture of the finished wall they did

Not great with communication. Would not show up when indicated nor contact us to let us know they would not be able to. Couple of pieces of furniture damaged and addressed with owner with no resolve. Not transparent in additional-added on work during scope of project. Part of flooring came loose 3 months after being installed.

A tree fell on our old deck and destroyed it about a year and a half ago. The guys came out and removed the old deck and built us a new deck with a roof. They did an amazing job and made our back yard a really awesome place to hang out. Every time I emailed with a question (no matter how dumb), I would get a response back within a day or two. Truly an amazing company to work with and glad we did business with them. Thanks guys!!! Jessica

Northern Hammerworks is simply the BEST and most competent contractor that I have ever hired. Nick Yarham and his team are competent and honest individuals who will do a great job on your project. You will NOT be disappointed. They are simply the best!

I am extremely disappointed in this company and I strongly recommend hiring any other contractor. We hired Nick and his company to build a garage for us a year ago. They have done the work in fits and starts, leaving large messes for months at a time in between the day or two of work they managed to do every 2-3 months. I am considering calling the better business bureau on them. It has been so frustrating and I recommend looking elsewhere if you want a job done efficiently and in less than a years time. I am writing this review about Northern Ohio Hammerworks out of Avon Lake Ohio.

Hello I noticed for Ascension Sunday or Easter Sunday you had 3 large crosses hanging from your construction booms truly amazing God bless you and all you do. I work for a church in the Midway Mall called anointed Church of Jesus Christ and we are looking for a smaller cross just made of rough material if you have any ideas thrown at me please

These guys do top notch work. The header beam above our garage door was rotten because a previous contractor did a poor job. Brian gave us a couple options for repair and promptly provided us with a fair quote. We were in the process of getting our house on the market to sell, and the guys worked hard to squeeze our project in early. Nick and the crew did an excellent job and left no mess behind. The job was done RIGHT and they were HONEST every step of the way. Quality and integrity are hard to come by these days, but they’re what make up the team at Northern Hammerworks. Don’t hesitate to call them for your next job.
