Either the secretary isn’t relaying messages appropriately or nick just likes to place blame on her. Called on the 17th regarding an appointment for the 18th looking to push it back one hour. They took that as I’m canceling. I didn’t hear anything back until calling the following day and being told I canceled the appointment. Made a new appointment asked what the parameters were based upon the survey I supplied and I was told his architect hadn’t gotten back to him yet. If that’s the case why would we have even been meeting.. Crazy business practices over here don’t waste your time. Thanks for the hostility nick

We recently had great additions do a second floor dormer and front porch on our cape home. The project was started mid September and we were back living in the house by the first week of December. The crew was efficient and many of the guys were very nice and helpful. If we had any issues, it was fixed within the week. We were able to contact our project manager by text with any issues and hear back the same day. We were very happy with how everything turned out!

We dormered our house with Great Additions and we love how our house turned out. The project manager Mike is attentive and helpful, he takes the time to answer all questions and make sure things get done correctly. He even went out of his way to help us with something after our home renovation had been complete for some time. Aside from a personable project manager, this company has a very large crew of workers who get the job done in half the amount of time, they arrive first thing in the morning, work all day, are friendly, and clean up everything when the day is done. My household is a circus with two little kids, different babysitters and a hyper dog- but all of the workers couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating working around the craziness. Our house is gorgeous! You will not be disappointed 🙂

From the first phone call to Nick to Howie the owner taking his last tool out and everything in between we had nothing but an amazing experience. Mike the project manager was attentive, quick to respond and made sure everything was up to our expectations. The whole team at Great Additions took a process that could be very stressful and made it stress free! Thank you Howie and everybody for your hard work and for giving us our dream home!

We just recently completed our Home Addition/Remodel with Great Additions and we are extremely happy that we chose them. The salesperson John was so patient with us and explained everything to us with great detail. He is the reason why we signed with Great Additions. The project manager Mike was the best. He always prepared us for what work was going to be done during each week and he always made sure we were happy with how each phase of our job turned out. He was always available whenever we needed to ask a a question or to understand something more clearly. He really cares about his clients and we are so lucky that he was assigned to our project. He is truly an asset to the company. The subcontractors that came to our house to help do the work we’re all very friendly, respectful and reliable. I want to give a special shout-out to Derek the carpenter who was not only a great Carpenter but also an awesome person. The owner Howie and all of his workers were a pleasure to deal with and we would recommend them to anybody who’s looking to have a remodel done. You wont be dissapointed.

We originally met with Howie and then Mike was our project manager on our dormer, remodel of our living room, and finishing of the interior of our garage. Mike was always there to answer any questions or concerns we had and did his absolute best from start to finish. We liked that he used an app to also keep us in the loop regarding the schedule of events. We also love that they will come back and check on things after the remodel months down the line. All of the subcontractors through Great Additions that we worked with did a great job and were very nice and respectful as well. We look forward to many happy times in our newly renovated home!

Great Additions is high recommended! Howie and his team were all very professional and very helpful from beginning to the end of our project. Would def recommend for all of your house renovation needs. You will not be disappointed!

Great Additions did our 2nd story home addition. A master bedroom and dressing room closets. I would definitely recommend.
