We could not be happier with our covered patio and outdoor kitchen. Throughout the entire process, Custom Outdoor Concepts made sure all of our concerns were addressed and never made us feel like we were a pain! (we know we are picky 😉) If you’re looking for a contractor to take on any backyard project, I can not recommend Custom Outdoor Concepts enough!

First appointment went great. Second appt, Frank came out to finalize plans, I asked for a few changes and never heard back from him. Was supposed to measure my fence and doubt he did that and left my gate wide open, never to be heard from again. Maybe taking it a bit personally but really had my hopes set on this company.

Frank came out to give me an estiment about three weeks ago and said he would get back to me with a price. After emailing and calling someone finally told me they would ask him and he would get back to me this week. It’s Thursday and still nothing. Completely unprofessional and waste of time. I’ll probably get the same product for a cheaper price on Marketplace anyway.

Our new pavilion/carport is AMAZING. Frank and his team did a great job in planning/executing and the outcome was much greater than we ever expected. Before and during construction, several things came up that ended up being changed but was met with accommodating responses. If you’re looking for an outdoor space that WOWS, these are your guys!

Highly recommend Custom Outdoor Concepts. Outdoor Concepts designed and built a large patio extension, 1500sqft of travertine, and a paver walkway. The attention to detail is amazing and the finished product is beautiful. Look forward to working with them in the future.

I love my new covered patio! Frank was helpful, responsive and easy to work with during the whole process. While we hit a few bumps here and there, the team was responsive and helpful. The finished product is beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Thanks so much!
