Waited 4 months for a platform lift and it never happened they said they were waiting for lift not I could order lift myself and receive it in 3 to 4 weeks not 4 months and still nothing

The workmanship was excellent, even after numerous delays. Most were unavoidable, & were handled as smoothly as possible. The only thing that really bothered me was the installer. I had let him off early so that he could spend New Year’s Eve with his girlfriend, & I had even more delays. 1 day, he promised to contact me. Yeah, at 9:58 pm. More delays. Finally arrived, comes in the door yelling at me for complaining! Not professional at all! My husband followed him around after he told me that he “didn’t want to hear” what I had to say. We both were afraid of violence after that, & I now have panic attacks. I didn’t know that I needed to tell them that I have PTSD as I wasn’t expecting to have an employee yelling & unreasonable. Great work, but I am now scared of them. Going elsewhere for next year’s project.

We recently had our bathrooms remodeled and are extremely happy with the results. Glenn and his crew were very good and communicated every detail along the way. It’s as though we are in a new house, thank you Bath Envy for a job well done!!

I’ve been waiting 6 months to get my door put in then they came in to put my door in but had the wrong measurements for my door so they had to send it back and remake my door and I am still waiting to get my Door installed 09/30/19

Employees were very courteous and very careful with my home. They renovated my bathroom to disability access. Great job! Glenn, Reed and Tony were all very professional.
