After a lot research, we decided to go with Orlando Pool and Patio because they offered the type of Aluminum Pergola that we were looking for with the bigger columns, integrated lighting, motorized screens, etc. They also offer Bahama Shutters, so it was one stop shopping. We are very happy with how everything turned out. Thank you Eric and Janet!

When we researched and discovered a solution to enhance our patio with a pergola, Orlando Pool and Patio by Design offered what we wanted. The installation was done in just a few days, the workers were amazing, and we love our end result!

My wife and I were looking for a specific look for our patio – A mid-century, Palm Springs kind of feel. We also wanted something durable enough for the Florida weather. Numerous other companies were either unresponsive or attempting to change our minds on what we wanted. Luckily, we found Orlando Pool and Patio by Design Inc. The minute I spoke to Eric and Janet explaining what we wanted, they immediately understood our vision. From then on, we worked together to see the completion of this project. They communicated well, were responsive with all our questions, and were so professional with their work. In fact, some of the materials received were damaged. Where other companies may have overlooked it, they refused to put it up, understanding that it was important to us (and them) to have the best finished product possible. Minus a delay due to permitting and other work, the patio was constructed so quickly. Eric and Janet, thank you SO much for your professionalism. I foresee a lot of Florida days and nights enjoying every little bit of this beautiful masterpiece! I HIGHLY recommend Orlando Pool and Patio by Design Inc!

It is hard to find a company that is professional from the start to the finish! The entire experience was great. The Bahama shutters we ordered were built and installed beautifully. We will definitely be using Orlando pool and patio again. Thanks again

I had patio and screens done by them . And also patio lighting . I have called them numerous times and left numerous messages and no response. Poor workmanship and very poor customer service . Will never recommend them to anyone .

We contracted them to build our pergola , and we are very satisfied with the finished product. They did an amazing job, and we love the app feature for the lights.will definitely use again.

OPaPbD designed and installed a screened aluminum pergola porch on existing slab attached to our house. They did an excellent job on the design and selection process, listened well and responded to our choices and concerns. They had problems with obtaining the permits and materials, what with the shutdowns and tribulations of 2020. We would have liked to have more regular contact during the waiting period. Once work started, the crew was very concerned and professional, cleaning up and being careful to close gates. Again, communication with management could have been better, as we were seldom kept informed of the work schedule, but they did respond in a timely fashion once prompted. In the end, the work was well done and the porch looks amazing. The price was the best of four different quotes, and the company’s response to questions and concerns was excellent. Would recommend to anyone. —A year later. Very disappointed. Their original work is holding up well but we needed some changes/fixes. They have not responded to a dozen voice/emails or website requests over a three month period. If you are looking for someone who can give you ongoing support, look elsewhere. Getting ghosted doesn’t sit well with me. VERY disappointed.

Got full screens for my back patio in 2016. Dealt with Eric who claims to be the owner but who knows… From day one we had issues with those screens. His customer service skills are as good as the screens he sold me for over $5000. Constantly breaking. Spent more in repairs than I did on the purchase itself from day one. He’s arrogant and has very bad temper. The customer is NEVER right in his mind. He blames me for everything that is wrong with his product. He now claims he used a subcontractor to do it and that gentleman he subbed it to died of Covid so basically saying see ya later you on your own. Very argumentative and very unprofessional! He also dealt with others in the community that I know that said the same exact thing about him and one threatened to sue him before he issued him a refund for his poor workmanship and materials. Stay away. If you want good quality work and more importantly good customer service this isn’t the company for it. I advised him that I will leave a review so others will know and In his words “2-3 bad review in 8 years. I take that all day.. shows you how arrogant this guy is! Buyers beware!!

Eric, Janet, and the entire team at Orlando Pool & Patio were so good to work with. Our project was not easy, required unanticipated work, including getting special approvals from the County, and they stuck with us through it all. The final result is better than we anticipated and we’re beyond happy. We definitely recommend this local, family business.
