This is for neighbors of Delta paving customers..Watch Out! I’m not knocking their paving skills at all; my beef is with a certain dis-regard to the effect their work has on an adjacent property. I live next to a house that’s been worked on by them since December, and we are constantly dealing with run-off dirt/sand from unfinished work onto our driveway/property, as well as the marks left by oil-leaking vehicles on our Cul-de-Sac. My neighbor has made contact with them, but it appears it’s only an issue to fix when they’re done; they’ve been working since Dec! Not sure how they figured my property and I are on their schedule. Very disappointed in their lack of concern; should be better.

OK, I don’t generally do reviews, except perhaps for a negative experience , but I had to share one of the most positive experiences I’ve had in my 71 years. After completing a two car detached garage, we had Delta demolish and haul away our existing concrete driveway. With Jamie’s vision, Delta Pavers wound the new paver driveway through the majestic oaks to our house. To me, it was a huge undertaking, at between three to four thousand square feet, but probably routine for Delta. Jamie was there throughout the whole process making suggestions as the driveway progressed. Scalloping the pavers around the existing landscaping, etc.. The crew was fantastic…never letting up until dusk. The driveway is incredible. Rarely do you find contractors, especially in Florida, that tells you what they’re going to do, and then, does it…on schedule! I couldn’t speak higher of Delta Pavers and Jamie, and would definitely recommend them for any of your paver needs.

We had Jamie and his crew do out front yard parking pads and a beautiful pathway with fire pit area to our boat dock in the back yard. His team was timely, professional and hard working. We love it. Thanks

My family had their driveway and pool deck done by Delta Pavers, it has been almost a year and I can say it still looks beautiful and the quality is amazing. My salesman Paulo Sande was very knowledgeable and attentive to details. 10/10 would recommend!

We added artificial turf to our front and back yard. We waited for over 2 months to have it installed in the front. I was constantly lied to by Paulo. He would say he would arrive in the morning to fix my pavers that turned a weird color and never would show. Finally, two months late they finished the artificial turf and this is what I get. It doesn’t even match. To make matters worse they actually said they went over budget and I owe another $1900.00. Do not use Delta Pavers!!!!

I Delta pavers do my back patio. The stone was coral and very beautiful. They worked diligently to do the job and complete quickly. I am so happy of this beautiful patio and the cost didn’t break the bank. I recommend this company to everyone. It’s a win
