I worked with Eddie and initially agreed on what seemed a fair price for the window cleaning services he advertised. I value small-business owners and wanted to give them an opportunity (even though I had competitive prices from others). When Eddie brought his wife, Gloria, into managing the contract we had initially agreed to, she became unresponsive and started to changing the terms Eddie initially agreed to. When I asked for the terms of the contract to be written, she indicated they do not provide contracts. She then proceeded to use the rain as an excuse (when they could have come a different day) to waive the guarantee they promised when I asked for a walk-through after the services are done. I do not recommend this company to anybody. Pay a little more and save yourself the hassle.

I don’t even know where to begin. I called Monday morning, knowing the chances of them being able to come that same day were very slim. However, I got a phone call later in the afternoon letting me know they were on their way, even after doing multiple houses already! But that’s not all. Once they were here they did the whole inside and most of the outside. However, it started to rain and asked if they could come back in the morning to make sure the outside looked “fresh”. They arrived the exact time they said the next morning, finished all of the windows and even re-did a few of them. The best part they were so friendly to my young children while they were doing the outside windows, waving, playing peek-a-boo, etc. Oh yeah, and they did an AMAZING job. So professional, like a brand new house. We were having a Real estate photographer come later that day so the fact that they went out of their way to not only fit me in but come back the next morning AND do an astounding job…no words. Thank you Eddie and team for exceptional service! Recommend to anyone and everyone.

Eddie did a super good job! Our 15 year old deck looks like new again! He also got the “green” off the north side of our house. He said that it should be good for 3 years. He also washed our windows and did great! Good work at a very reasonable price! Worth every cent.
