We’ve used Johnny Tsunami twice to clean the moss off our roof. Their process caused no visible damage to the roof and no granules from the shingles in our gutters. They were professional, kept the workplace clean, and were careful with our plants. We had them wash down the sides this time and the house looked cleaner with no spots on the windows. The first time kept the roof looking clean three years, and I’m expecting the same this time.

Not happy with the experience and I don’t feel that the services were a great value, in fact I feel that I have been bamboozled. My initial quote included a wipe down of window sills that were not done and required a second visit to complete after calling to complain. Even still after the second visit, I feel that my windows were not cleaned fully as there were some specks poop from birds still on. I thought they would be climbing up to get my windows fully clean, but they just used a long window broom. They tried tacking on a fuel surcharge fee that was not on my initial quote when it came time to paying to be weary of your invoices and they ask for a tip after services. I had to argue with them to take this off as this was bait and switch.

Window cleaning was great. Roof soft washing was horrible. Not only was debris left on roof, the solution they used/sprayed bleached our decking, our hot tub cover, and killed 2 of our Japanese maple trees.
