Affordable! Flexible! Amazing Customer Service! On Time! Best Window Washers! Pinnacle Home Services – absolutely the best experience with a home service company I have ever had and I have had many over the years. The receptionist/scheduler was amazingly friendly and interested in getting me scheduled at the time best suited for me. The estimator came two days after I called and was super efficient – not needing a tour – just counted the window panes from the outside. He e-mailed me the bid the same afternoon as the visit. Because the Pinnacle crew’s had a short schedule day I received a call asking if the entire Pinnacle crew could come out and do my job – a favor to them and “express service” for me. The crews arrived and went right to work – no need for direction or a walk around, just started cleaning the windows inside and out. Every single crew member was friendly and interested in doing the best job they could. The camaraderie among the crew was amazing. Sparkling windows like never before and all areas they worked in were tidied like they had never been there. Affordable and a great value – thank you Pinnacle Home Services! I highly recommend them!

Pinnacle cleaned my windows inside and out. They did a good job. Fast and thorough. I would have given 5 stars, but I did have to clean up around the window frames on the inside and clean drips in the walls under the skylight. I should have checked their work and caught that , so it was partially on me
