Wood Wise Design & Remodeling a year agoWe first reached out to Woodwise to get an idea of what we should expect from a renovation. Becky answered the phone and couldn’t have been more warm or kind. We had Becky and Hank come out to explain the design build process and again, we were comforted by their kindness. Going into a major renovation, knowing you’re in good hands is of utmost importance. We needed to feel that we could trust our home in their hands and my goodness did they deliver. We started the design process with Kathy and made our choices with her. She is top notch in her industry. If you aren’t working with an architect like Kathy, you’re missing out. She was always willing to answer our (many) questions and the responsiveness has been unmatched. Once things got rolling, I can’t express what a fun project this was. Did I just say “fun” when describing a renovation that takes out a kitchen, laundry area, and bathroom?! The crew who is doing the hard work every day is phenomenal and to be honest, I miss them! They got to know our children, they ALWAYS showed up with good attitudes, they always answered our questions, and listen – they cleaned up after every work day. Our kitchen was bare, our laundry room was taken down to the studs, and it was clear and clean every day. Overall, our project went better than we could have imagined. If there was something onsite that we wanted to tweak, or add (sorry Ben!), they were wonderful about making sure we were happy. After all, we are going to live here for many many years to come, and I believe they understand that and want us to be 100% satisfied as customers. I can confidently and wholeheartedly recommend Woodwise if you’re considering any work for your space. The process is intrusive but with Woodwise, we have felt completely comfortable and happy every step of the way.

Universal Renovations Inc 11 months agoIf you need any work done to your house, give Universal Renovations inc a call. Mike and his crew went above and beyond, adding a roof and screening in our back porch. The work they did was way more than what we had in mind. My husband and I love our new porch. We will definitely be getting them to do other work around our house.

Ugalde Renovations LLC 3 months agoIt is really hard to capture the beauty of the work Eduardo completed in our living room. He truly gave the space a high end makeover, with excellence, precision and quality work. Outside of the perfect product you will get with Eduardo, his level of professionalism is unmatched. He is punctual, timely with completion, and clean. For any project I have, he is my go to person. You won’t second guess your decision to hire Eduardo, I never have!

The Bath Shop a week agoI contracted with them in December 2023 and work was finally completed the end of June. Scope was two bath rooms, pantry cabinets and backsplash in kitchen. Poorly managed and I was treated as a full in for larger projects. I could have built a new house in the same time frame. Read there contract carefully before signing no way to get out of it after deposit is made. I was treated poorly and disrespected by project managers and management. Poor communication and disrespect ed myself and my home. Schedule was never correct and many days the workers didn’t show up. Job site superintendent “Tim” was disrespectful to us by sending messages through builder trend at later hours of the night after we had gone to bed saying workers were either not going to be onsite or were gong to be late and my wife would get up at 7:30 am expecting someone to be there and no one would show up because we received the notification after we had gone to bed. Trash was left sitting for days and I removed much of the trash because of the delays. Would not recommend to anyone.
