This is my second time using this company. The first time, a couple of years ago, was a great experience. The second time, very recently, it was a little bumpy. The first gentleman that came out did a great job cleaning the glass, but the sills and areas of the screens were left pretty filthy. C&C immediately asked to send another cleaner out to “finish the job”. When that gentleman came, he did a much better job, but the “hard to reach” corners and crevices were still pretty filthy. We didn’t want yet another person to come out so C&C knocked down the total cost for us. We’ll likely use them again and make sure they focus on these key areas.

I have had my gutters cleaned since 2019, They do an excellent job with making the appointment, cleaning the gutters and clean up. I know I will be using them again next year because of the great job the technician did this year. Their follow up included pictures of the before and after.

We used Clean and Clear to install Christmas lights on our home. They did a terrific job! They were always on time, efficient, and one one of those little lights wasn’t twinkling like the others, they were out to fix it right away. Will certainly use them again next season.

My maintenance guy had to keep fixing the cords. Some kind of vermin was chewing at cords. Need to find solution for that

They did our Holiday lighting and they were excellent in both the quality of the lighting and the service! They came back and cleaned up.We will be using them again next year.
