The technician did a outstanding job power washing my deck! I used them every year and will use them every year in the future! Highly recommended!

There were some concerns at first but after speaking with their customer service I now have regret. I will never use this company again nor recommend them. I would give them negative five stars. The service person didn’t speak 1 word of english & worked alone. That’s not the biggest of deals but how can questions be asked if you can’t communicate? Hindsight I should have refused service. I at the very least wanted to speak with someone at the company to discuss my concerns. Instead the lady wanted to argue. She stated that there are some workers who have English at their 2nd language. If you’re using Google translator then it’s not your second language. I asked if there are pictures to prove work was performed & she said pictures are upon request. What? It’s not on your website nor your quote. Just an overall horrible experience & I wish I had never heard of them. Now I have birds building nests inside my gutters after this clown improperly removed my gutter guard. I so wish I never heard of this company. Total buyers remorse.

The technician arrived on time and did a thorough job cleaning my gutters. It is a relief not to have to risk my health climbing ladders to the 2nd floor roof and leaning over the edge to do this job. I will continue to utilize Bubbles to perform this task in the future.
