Mason from Clear Choice was out today to clean off our roof and gutters. He was amazing, and such a good human being. From the moment I called the company, to the estimate, to the service, was was less than a week. I can’t wait to call them for deck washing and windows in the Spring!!

Amazing! The house, deck and garden wall look as if fresh coats of paint were put applied. All the scuff marks from the bikes, scooter and skate boards that I’ve been scrubbing at for months were instantly cleaned. Ken was able to revitalize our wood fencing which I thought would need to be replaced and looks even better than when it was installed saving us quite a bit of money. I will definitely schedule a yearly cleaning from here on. Thank you again Ken!

I can’t say enough positive things about Ken. He’s prompt, hard working, and his attention to detail was really impressive. He’s professional, friendly and I’d trust him with the maintenance of my home any day. We had our gutters cleaned, the exterior power washed (including outdoor furniture) and the windows cleaned (inside and out). It was a big job but Ken and his sons were super efficient and effective. You also can’t beat the price. I was quite pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the cost was considering the excellent service and results. Clear Choice will definitely be our go-to for this kind of specialised house cleaning/maintenance needs in the future. If I could give a 6-star rating I would!

I’m sure it goes without saying that clean windows look better than dirty windows. But the difference that crystal clear windows made to the house I listed to sell this week was amazing to me… Ken and his team were fast, efficient and had so much attention to detail. I had two offers the next day! Coincidence? I think not… so happy with their service, they are definitely my go to and I know I can expect the same service every time because they don’t cut corners on their work!

There is a reason why Ken and his sons get such great reviews. They earn them with hard work, being punctual, flexible, kind, honest and really do care about doing a great job – always. The choice of tools they work with is icing on the cake. Have a red tile roof and don’t want anyone stepping on it, call these guys. Don’t like nasty chemicals, let them know. They will get the work done well, with booties on if you like, quickly.

My windows look great! Ken and his son, Tad did a great job cleaning the windows at our house. They are very honest and upfront with how the appointment will go. Ken explained in detail what they would do like clean the screens and tracks as well as the windows of course. He even told me about the products they would use as well as their spot-free water! I felt comfortable with them in our house. I highly recommend them and will use them again!

We’ve lived in our home for almost 7 years and had never had our windows professionally cleaned until today. The Clear Choice was recommended by my in-laws and I totally trust their judgment. I called Ken yesterday to see if they could squeeze us in this week and he was happy to accommodate and gave me a quote over the phone. Ken and his Sons were super friendly and did a great job! They cleaned the windows, screens and tracks and were able to get years of hard water build up off of my bay window. I’m really amazed at the wonderful job they did AND they were affordable too! You can tell they take great pride in Their work and want their customers to be satisfied! Now that the weather is warming up and the rain is gone, consider calling this family owned business to wash your windows.

The guys with clear choice window washing were very intent on providing great service. They did a wonderful job. We have had rain since the windows were done and they resisted spotting beautifully. They still look like they were just cleaned. I would definitely use their services again.
