Employee was friendly and courteous, he completed the cleaning of our gutters and solar panels. But, after he left I noticed a lot of debris in the backyard and a solar light that was broken off our fence. Spent over an hour cleaning the walls and patio. I will admit our backyard was not spotless, but debris was everywhere, door frames, windows and patio.

I HAVE USED BIG WAVE WINDOW IN THE PAST AND HAVE BEEN SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE. HOWEVER, WHEN I USED BIG WAVE WINDOW SEVERAL WEEKS AGO THERE WAS DAMAGE CAUSED WHICH THEY REFUSED TO TAKE RESPONSIBLITY FOR. IN MY SITUATION, THE EMPLOYEE BENT A SECURITY SCREEN AND LEFT WITHOUT REPORTING THE DAMAGE. WHEN HE FIRST ARRIVED, I REVIEWED THE JOB WITH HIM, AND WE LOOKED AT EVERY WINDOW AND SCREEN INCLUED IN THE JOB, SO I KNOW THE SCREEN WAS NOT BENT WHEN HE STARTED THE JOB. HE LEFT WITHOUT REPORTING DAMAGE TO THE SCREEN. DUE TO THE DAMAGE, I WAS UNABLE TO FULLY TURN ON THE HOME SECURITY SYSTEM DUE TO THE DAMAGED SCREEN, WHICH COULD NOT BE REPAIRED BUT HAD TO BE REPLACED. WHEN I FIRST COMMUNICATED THE PROBLEM TO THE OWNER, JACK THOMPSON, HE ASKED TO BE KEPT INFORMED ON THE COST OF REPLACEMENT. AS SOON AS HE HEARD WHAT THE COST WOULD BE HE CUT OFF ALL OF MY FURTHER ATTEMPTS AT COMMUNICATION BY PHONE, TEXT OR EMAIL. SINCE IT APPEARED HE WAS GOING TO STIFF ME FOR THE COST OF THE REPLACEMENT I STOPPED PAYMENT FOR THE SERVICE ON MY CREDIT CARD, BUT THAT DID NOT COVER THE FULL COST OF THE REPLACEMENT WHICH MEANS, SINCE BIG WAVE WINDOW WOULD NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILTY FOR THE COST TO REPLACE THE SCREEN, I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE. THIS WAS AN UNFORTUNATE SITUATION AND ACCIDENTS DO HAPPEN, BUT IF THE POLICY OF BIG WAVE WINDOW IS TO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILY FOR DAMAGE TO A CUSTOMER’S PROPERTY, IT IS ONLY RIGHT THAT POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS ARE INFORMED OF BIG WAVE WINDOW’S APPARENT POLICY REGARDING PROPERTY DAMAGE.

Update: Carson cleaned our windows and did a great job!!! Luis and Victor did a tremendous job cleaning our exterior and interior windows. They arrived on time and were very thorough, ensuring that our windows were fully cleaned before they left. I would highly recommend Big Wave Window!

Very hard to find a company that will do a minimum number of outside windows so I am very happy to have found Big Wave Window. A very good job at a reasonable price. I have used them several times. Carson came this last time and did a very good job.
