Had the misfortune of dealing with these clowns for our gutters. They charged us 200 dollars for a dude to walk around the roof with a leaf blower for 10 minutes. Sure enough, a week later the gutters were completely blocked after some light rain. They send them out again to fix it, and we figured that was gonna be it. Fast forward to now, the gutters are again overflowing, except this time around the rain was much more severe and the blockage created literal waterfalls that caused damage to the soil and hardscape around the house. The rep I spoke with via text messaging had the gall of asking for another 200 dollars for fixing their shoddy job, followed by blaming the problem to weather and “debris.” It’s funny, because NONE of my neighbors had any issues with their gutters, and we were actually the only ones who were proactive in hiring a gutter cleaning service. Best part was that all communication immediately stopped once I asked for the name of their company (I didn’t save their name in my contacts). Ended up finding it in an old email though. Also, I’m certain their other reviews are bought.

I am very happy with the gutter and roof cleaning services provided by B&B Window and Gutter Cleaning. Catherine is great at providing quote and making scheduling. Reasonable and affordable price. The technician Mari and his assistant arrived within the scheduling window. Very nice and has professional demeanor. Cleaned roof and gutter in 2 days. cleaned up all the debris thoroughly. After service completed, Catherine send me form to evaluate the services. Overall, exceptional services. I will definitely use this company in the future.
