My roof looks absolutely brand new! I was just trying to buy another year before getting it replaced, but it has SEVERAL good years left and the cleaning is warranteed for 5 years if the algae and bacteria come back before then. He will come out and touch it up!!

Wayne with Foothills Cleaning Service was one of the most concerned service representative I have ever had. He consistently stayed in tough throughout the process of looking for the right company to go with, providing educational information and advice on the best method of achieving my goals. I have a Hardie Siding house that had accumulated mold on several sides and my warranty did not work if high pressure was used. He assured me that his methods used high volume, low pressure would accomplish the job. And that is the results I received. He also had a bundled package that included window washing, a large 800sqft deck, and gutter cleaning. I met with 3-4 other firms and none had this level of service and at the very reasonable price Wayne provided. But if you go with Wayne, be prepared to be flooded with email contact, both before AND after the work was done

Very pleased with the services Wayne provided. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Customized packaging of the work to be performed, with discounts applied! Great results all around, roof, siding, trim & gutters as well as patio pavers, fire pit, concrete entries, walkway, driveway & parking pad.

I am very satisfied with the work done on my home by Foothills Exterior Cleaning Services! They were prompt, friendly, and made sure I was well reminded of my appointment. Even though I didn’t get to meet Wayne and his associate face to face (I was at work), he kept me in the loop about when they would be there and when they would be done. They took excellent before and after photos which proved they had done a great and thorough job 👌 10/10 recommend 😁

Great job. Extremely professional. The cleaning job was excellent. I will certainly use Foot Hills again next time I need pressure washing.
