Horrible customer service bar none. Took my pressure washer in to get a new hose and reel installed and also asked of them to take a look at it. Got it all back in pieces. I’m sure they get business because they’re the only ones around in the area. If I could give them a zero star, it would be a zero star.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Called to ask about some things with full intentions to come in and shop. The lady cut me off mid sentence and said “you haven’t bought anything from me so why should I help you?” I honestly couldn’t believe it

Had a fuel leak in my pressure washer repaired at the end of the season last year, and it all seemed fine the one time I used it before putting it way in the shop for the winter. Got it out today for the first time this year, fueled it up and started it, and again I have fuel pouring out of it. Called them to find out what we should do about it and was told that unless I still had the invoice they had no record of what they did. I replied that I certainly didn’t still have the invoice and asked about brining it back in to determine what the problem actually is and try to find a lasting fix, at which point the person I was talking too hung up on me.

Always great service when we bring our pressure washer in for repairs. Been coming here for years because of their outstanding service and work. I highly recommend Sure Clean if you need to buy a new one or have one worked on.
