Let me first say that I never do reviews, but this experience was terrible. The guy shows up and after 15 minutes, has to leave to go get a part. Comes back for about 45 minutes, 1 guy, and leaves prior to me coming home from work. 45 Minutes from when they he cam back to the house and when I came home from work. They called to collect payment and I told them he wasn’t done. They say they soft spray the house with soap and then rinse. Power washing should be getting the bird crap and cob webs off the house, regardless of the process. They spend more time trying to collect money then doing the work. Would never recommend them, or at least the guy that came to my house.

Getting a quote from them was difficult. Once I received it I told them I wasn’t interested and thanked them for finally getting back to me. Over the past 2 weeks they’ve called me, sometimes 4 times a day leaving voicemails that they have job just up the street or down the road from me. I would just like the calls to please stop.

Zach got my white house so bright, tears were streaming down my face. And I didn’t know my roof was red! He took great care helping me move my beloved plants away from the house. 2 neighbors have lugged their pressure washers out to clean their property in the week since I had my house washed. I saw a PPW sign in front of a sparkling house in my neighborhood and called right away and hopefully I can keep that trend going. Thanks Zach!

Perfect Power Wash provided excellent soft-power cleaning of the outside of our home, roof, drive and walkway. The white house white walls with black shutters and red brick front look new. The concrete drive and walk do as well. Service rep Zach was pleasant and professional, answering questions and explaining how the wash detergents remove dirt, mold and algae from the siding and concrete surfaces. In all, we are satisfied with the results and recommend this service.

Alexsandria was on time. We walked the exterior and showed my concerns to include a robin’s nest. She did an excellent job. Even momma robin agreed. Hope to see Alexsandria next year.
