UPDATE. 1 YEAR LATER. STILL FEEL SAME ABOUT MY REVIEW. MY HOUSE STILL LOOKS GREAT AND DOESN’T NEED REPEATED SERVICE YET. “They absolutely exceeded my expectation. Highly recommend. I tried to do my own power washing with chemicals; I didn’t come close to getting their results. The house looks shiny and new, the roof is crazy clean, the brick walkway looks like brick again, the chimney is no longer black, and you can see through the skylights again! It’s hard to spend money on maintenance projects; I was happy to pull out my checkbook for this job. And here’s another bonus. They are all so polite, professional, and on time. I wish every contractor was like this!!”

My husband is standing in our yard when a car rides by and throws this rock and advertisement on our lawn!!! How tacky and unprofessional is this!!!! Too cheap to pay for proper advertising so you throw rocks to get attention!!! I would like to add that it is NOT a little rock. I can’t close my hand around it. Who rides around throwing stuff in peoples’ yard. You are not delivering newspapers!!!!

If you’re going to advertise with flyers, don’t throw them on the driveway with rocks in the bag. This is just littering on private property.

Incredible customer service!!! I decided to use ECS because I am selling my house and wanted the moss removed from the roof. I was told it would be a one day job. At the end of day 1 it was clear that it was not going to be just a one day job, but William and Josh stuck to their commitment. William came back the second day and got the job done, and they didn’t charge me extra. This was incredible customer service. Well done gents!!

We have had the house pressure washed in the past, and each time it seemed to be in need of cleaning shortly thereafter. This year we decided to try something different/ Called them and Bryant showed up and gave us a great estimate with choices to do this or that. Agreed to the package and when the guys showed up to do the work, we were even more surprised. On time, did what they agreed to without trying to push anything else. Very thorough. Move and coved stuff. Washed all the plants before and after. Since they use low pressure wash, basically hooking to your faucet, there was minimal noise. The house looks amazing. Gutters siding brick work deck all sparking clean. Finished everything in about four hours. Even the windows are clean! So far we are very pleased. They estimate about 2 to 3 years before it’s need again and we do hope so. Truely feel this was a great investment . Thank you
