My family and I are so happy to have had Brian and his team come and power wash our home. They did an extremely thorough job with exceptional results. Siding aside, the stonework and pavers came out came out looking amazing, too! From beginning to end, the experience working with Brian and Michelle was professional and painless. I was particularly impressed with their communications, which were on point and so very helpful. Last, but certainly not least, Brian and Michelle were incredibly friendly and personable, to the point where I would get caught up in conversation about everyday life – a quality that is missing in so many businesses today, especially in the NJ/NYC area. Considering all of the above, it was MY pleasure to do business with [the] Gilligans, and I absolutely can’t recommend them enough!

I typically try to use local and small businesses, always appreciate quality work and good service that often comes along with it. Gilligan’s fits the mold. Totally responsive and professional. Brian took me on a walk around the house to inspect everything and there wasnt a dirty spot left that I could see. Took their time taping off electrical outlets, etc and gave the feeling they were responsible and detail oriented.
