They removed several deck screens & power washed my deck Monday. Came back on Wednesday to stain & did an awesome job! The crew were great to work with & watched them working says a lot. They were very careful & conscientious. I’ve power washed & stained decks myself & these guys acted like they enjoyed what they were doing. Found one small spot that didn’t look like took stain, Called & were back following morning. The gentleman was all apologetic & fixed my concern plus he found several we both missed! Great customer service. Thanks guys! Bruce

Aaron’s deck staining team did a great job! They were timely, respectful, and professional. The price seemed reasonable. First they do a free estimate, then they split the price into two parts over the two days they worked on the deck. They power washed, sanded, and stained a deck that has not been treated before. I am thankful for the talent and detail they put into our home.

My dealings with Aaron’s Deck Staining can be summed up in a few words: unprofessional, unresponsive, disrespectful, dishonest, & sloppy. Don’t pay him anything until the entire job is complete. And don’t deal with him unless he signs a contract for the work you want done. My job was scheduled to begin on 3 Oct and be completed within a week. But by 22 Oct my deck had only been sloppily pressure washed (with streaks and residue of the previous stain all over it), and nobody had returned to finish the work. Most of my texts & phone messages never got a reply. I never got an apology or explanation for why they never returned to finish the work. When I got very angry and pushed the issue (22 Oct), I finally started getting responses. I was told they’d be over the next day, 23 Oct. But high winds were forecast for the 23rd, and rain for the 24th. He said the wind wouldn’t be a problem. But Sunday, nobody showed up at the agreed upon time. Later that day, he canceled the 23rd saying it was too windy, but they’d be there Monday morning. When I pointed out the rain chances for Monday were in the afternoon he said “We are going to stain your deck asap when the conditions allow. Your deck is next on the list.” I finally blew a gasket when I realized he was playing me. I should have ‘been on his schedule’ two-weeks earlier, not ‘next on his list’ two-weeks after the job was supposed to have been done. I may’ve been more forgiving if he’d kept in constant contact to let me know why the job was delayed and when they could be there. But the lack of information and unresponsiveness was too much. That’s not how to treat a paying customer. I told him to forget it, we were done. He knew darn well he wasn’t coming Sunday, Monday or probably any day after that. My guess is, he focuses on the bigger money-making jobs first and does the smaller, lower paying jobs (like mine) when he feels like squeezing them in. I’m left with a streaked deck that I’ll have to RE-pressure wash and stain myself next Spring. Thanks for nothing

Aaron’s crew did a wonderful job on our deck! It was very weathered and they came and power washed, sanded and stained it. Now it looks brand new again!

Aaron was easy to work with. Thank you for keeping the communication line open during the process. There were a few hick ups but in the end my deck and fence look nice.
