Probably the worst customer service I have experienced in years! My salesman gave me incorrect information and the owner “Mike” was useless at solving this problem. Go to a remodeling company that cares about their customers because this one does not. .

e experience. Very little communication from John or Randy, John is in his 70’s and should probably retire if he’s not ever going to come out and check work. Subs were mediocre, with the same exception of Lawson Carpentry (Brad Lawson). Another contractor tripped a GFVI outlet that ended up ruining $6000 of meat in a freezer – no one has offered to compensate us. Finished product is just “ok.” It’s not the quality I’d expect for the money they charged. I would would steer clear of these guys. Could have hired our own subs, and managed the project for 1/2 the money. Also, was promised a 12 week completion. We’re currently at 18 weeks. These guys are your typical, shady contractor. Update: basement is “finished.” We will find other contractors to finish the touch ups, etc. the cleaning crew they sent was subpar. They arrived in a vehicle with busted out windows, etc. I’m not one to judge, but for our street/subdivision, that’s highly unacceptable. Just overall the experience has been horrific.

Will and Matt were amazing! They are professional, punctual and produce high quality results. They remodeled our basement and we love it! We will for sure be using them for our future projects! Cannot recommend these guys enough

While driving down Manchester Rd, I got cut off by a white van with this logo on it. I had to slam on the breaks in order to not hit them. After I honked, the driver decided to go ahead and flip me off multiple times while smoking a cigarette. Extremely unprofessional, I would never conduct business with an company that sees this as fine behavior for their employees. In case Management reads these reviews, this happened on 7/21/22 at 3:45pm. Attached is the blurry picture of the van.

You listened carefully to my ideas; you made excellent suggestions, offered common sense solutions to design and product choices and patiently allowed me the time I needed to make decisions. Justin, your attention to detail during construction brought the design to life. Nothing was too small to receive your full commitment to excellence. (The tile backsplash is a work of art! My friends are experiencing kitchen envy.) I could not be happier with the result – a beautiful and functional kitchen that I’ll enjoy for a lifetime. I certainly will call on you for my future projects and won’t hesitate to refer you and your company to others for their home remodeling needs.

This review is long overdue, and I just want to say how pleased we were with the work that Dwayne and Elaine did. They were very easy to work with, and kept us updated on the process. We threw a few curveballs at them and they handled that very well. I am very impressed in the measurements that Elaine did, and how she was able to get our cabinets exactly centered to our window that had not even been installed yet. Amazing work by them and I would highly recommend them. We love our cabinets and how we were able to transform our new kitchen from what was once a living room. They did the cabinets for our bathroom and laundry room as well. Everything fit perfectly and the measuring was all done before the walls were completed. We highly recommend Dwayne and Elaine at Cabinet Solutions.
