I’ve hired Shepherd’s Company to do a number of jobs over the past 5 years, and I couldn’t be happier with the work they do. I know I can trust them to never cut corners, and they don’t leave until they’re sure every detail is just right, be it indoor or outdoor work. They repaired and stained our large deck and staircase a few years ago, then recently painted our entire lower level interior, including some repair work here and there when they saw a need. They’re always the first ones I call if I need any home repairs or remodeling help. There are no weak links, in my experience with Shepherd’s Company. Sarah is always a pleasure to work with and super efficient in her administrative/communications role. Joseph is extremely helpful and skilled at guiding his crew and keeping everything organized. I always feel confident that the job will be done right when Joseph is in charge, and I know he’ll make sure all the bases are covered and give me great recommendations. And Brad was a real pro who took pride in his work as he handled the majority of our interior repairs and painting of our lower level, always going out of his way to do the best possible job every step of the way. That same positive attitude and work ethic was shared by the other two who came to help him now and then, and everyone at in the company is always considerate of our needs as they work on our home while we’re inside it. Shepherd’s Company’s skill at everything they tackle, not to mention their compassion and integrity, set a high bar in our community. They’ll always be my first call.

We have used Shepherds Company to put up our Christmas lights for the past 3 years. We love the way they look and the service is outstanding. We highly recommend and appreciate everything they do.

They always do a good job at a fair price. I gave 4 stars as They said would call me back to schedule a visit for a quote but just showed up on day I was off. Lead my mgr to believe I had ok the cleaning and had it done. Just a little miscomunication. Will use again.

Hell, for all i know these guys might be the greatest contractors in the state of Missouri. However, since i was never called back after having left them recorded messages and speaking with 2 different office girls on a total of 5 separate occasions over the span of 2 months in regards to 2 separate jobs (as I decided to try them again after not having my calls returned on the first occasion that I sought to hire them) I guess I will never know. I can get over being overlooked by a busy estimator, to an extent but there is a limit. I am accustomed to, at a minimum, having my calls returned when I contact a service provider if for nothing more than to be told that they are overbooked and cannot accommodate me at the time, not being ignored entirey. Honestly, if you are too busy to take on any new customers then I’m happy for you, you are doing something right, but if you don’t take the time to turn down work politely then eventually people will stop calling.
