Montgomery Property Solutions, Inc. 4 months agoWe hired Montgomery Property Solutions to renovate our kitchen and bathroom. We’d already hired a designer. MPS did a phenomenal job. From the beginning, Andrea communicated with us promptly and organized everything flawlessly—everything related to the big project and everything related to minor projects that we asked her to tackle along the way: lead testing, repointing and mortar repair, an exterior light fixture install. Julio is able to foresee issues with any project from the beginning and throughout the project. He also does excellent work. I’ve never seen tile installed so beautifully, and it’s crazy that it’s in our own home. Andrea and Julio are also lovely people to know and to talk to. We keep hiring them for other things, large and small. I hope they’ll be in our lives for many years, as contractors but also as friends. I recommend Montgomery Property Solutions without any reservations.

Kitchen Solvers of Potomac a week agoKitchen Solvers provided a great experience from their sales presentation to the final handshake of a job well done. Our kitchen, from 28 year old oak cabinets to a total transformation into beautiful white cabinets with white subway tiles between the upper cabinets and counter top, looks incredible. It was great to be able to use our old cabinet frames, through refacing, and have new drawers and cabinet doors installed. Also, their ability to re-purpose the existing drawers into new configurarions that provided greater efficiencies in the kitchen was pretty amazing. I would recommend them.

Curbio 2 days agoVery unprofessional Apparently. They are Contracting out work to just anyone They did a eighty thousand dollar remodel for a client the house looks terrible and has sat on market for months….. I contacted them After they ignored the homeowners for 3 months… I was told as the realtor I didn’t sign a contract with them so I shouldn’t be contacting them….. They then escalated it to a regional manager who treated Homeowners Terrible he didn’t come out to the house but Sent someone else who came out and acted like they cared Long story short he didn’t care , they have agreed to credit seven hundred and thirty eight dollars back and to redo floors over Which the meeting was schedule for 9 AM this morning I’m sitting here now it’s now 949, no phone call No contact from anyone which tells me they don’t give 2 cents about clients or customers

Rose Landscapers 2 weeks agoWe hired the Rose Team to help maintain our mulch and flower beds and spring clean up. Excellent service and prices. Bulk deliveries of both mulch and stones was an added bonus. The crew has the artisan touch for sure. Highly recommend.
