T&G Construction & Maintenance 3 years agoSubmitted their web form on May 10 and called and left voicemails on May 12, 18, and 24, and as of June 11, no one has contacted me in any way, shape, or form to discuss the work I’m looking to have done. Apparently they don’t want your business.

Second Street Renovations 3 months agoI was looking to do a major remodel of my bathroom. I reached out to a number of local contractors for this job, and Second Street Renovations was among several companies that got back to me, expressing interest in this job. Second Street Renovations is among the smaller and less established contractors in the area, having been in business only since December 2023 according to their BBB listing, but they were the company I felt most comfortable with, so I decided to go with them. Shortly after initially contacting them through HomeAdvisor, Tim of Second Street Renovations reached out to me by phone, a few days later he came over to take a look in preparation for a estimate, and shortly after that he sent me a formal estimate. The pricing seemed fair and my interaction with Tim throughout this process could not have been better. Tim is easy to get hold of by phone, text, or email, he is very responsive and has been prompt in answering my questions. Among all the companies that I had been considering for this job, Second Street Renovations was the easiest to communicate with and the one that I felt most comfortable with, so I decided to hire them. I am glad I did. They were able to fit in the job the following week, they completed it in a timely manner, and the renovated bathroom looks absolutely stunning. The entire crew was professional and courteous, they worked efficiently and left no mess at the end of the day. Josh, the foreman, was easy to work and communicate with, and he clearly seemed to know his stuff, as did Justin, the plumber. Working with Second Street Renovations has been, far and away, the best experience with a contractor I have ever had, and I would not hesitate to consider them again for other renovation project.

Precision Painting 4 months agoI’ve always been wary of painters, since it’s difficult to determine quality before embarking on a project. There’s nothing more upsetting than seeing a poor paint job on the walls of your home. A neighbor recommended Precision Painting. It’s been a dozen years since we painted the interior so there was a lot of work to do, including nail pops along outside walls from siding installation several years ago. Precision Painting lives up to its name. Its three person crew was skilled and diligent in their work. They spent a great deal of time getting things just right, including removing a cottage cheese ceiling in the kitchen and totally hiding holes where light fixtures once hung. The interior walls of our home have never looked better. Also, the crew was very pleasant as well as respectful of us, our dog and our property.

Kitchen-Bath & Cabinet Co. 2 years ago5 stars! Bruce was professional and very knowledgeable and got us exactly what we wanted. We had quartz countertops installed and it was excellent service from start to finish. We’re still amazed at the perfectly matched seams, despite the crazy pattern. We couldn’t be happier with all of it!
