Treoss has been the Grove Park Foundations go to company for so many things that we consider them a part of the organization. They have been there for us for landscaping, property clean out and clean up and many other services that they manage to miraculously get done for us when no one else is available or at a moments notice. Treoss Cleaning Service LLC is my go to carpet cleaning company for good. Very professional, on time, sets clear expectations and reasonable pricing. I’m in a rental house and the carpet is a very light cream color. Of course dirt shows like a banner of honor. Trevor was used by the landlord to clean the carpets before we moved in. It was overdue for cleaning now and I called Trevor. He remembered me from over a year ago! So, no need to search further, call Treoss for your carpet cleaning. They made my carpet look so much better and smelling good too.

Was very happy with their work! Trevor was great with communicating and responding quickly. I used them multiple times on post construction clean up on some remodels. Once he was done, they looked brand new. I highly recommend.

If there was a minus 1 star, this company deserves it! I called this company because my realtor recommended them to me. I spoke to someone who seemed nice enough on the phone, discussed appointment and price. I asked for latest appointment on Thursday 6/9, I was told they can do 3:00-3:30pm ET. I texted them the address and confirmed 3:30 appointment. I even texted them again, a night before the day of the appointment to confirm and all seemed good. The day of the appointment, at 2:00pm, while I was at work, someone calls and say they are outside the property. When I told him the appointment is not until 3:30, he said “well, it is residential so I thought someone wold be here”. No, I just purchased the property and is currently empty. So we agreed for me to drive to the address and meet him at 3:00pm. I drove an hour just to be told he’s gone to another site and we need to reschedule. They are rude, unresponsive and unprofessional.

I am the Site Manager where I work and Trevor came out the next day and cleaned some major stains I had in my brand new carpet. He is not only professional but his customer service is superb. One property manager recommended him for the carpet cleaning for my 2600 sf house which was vacant by eviction, because i did not know whether to replace the carpet or just do cleaning. The house was indeed in bad shape. Trevor looked at house and offered me lots of additional stuffs including garbage collection, power wash and deep cleaning. He itemized all these and gave me all the quotes. I was happy because i did not need to call for different services. I agreed with all of his offerings. They came for two trips, 1st day’s garbage collection and power wash, and last day’s deep cleaning. I was disappointed with the deep cleaning service. My house ended up with getting all the walls painted & all the carpet replaced. So the deep cleaning job is mainly for 3 bathrooms & 1 kitchen. Trevor came around noon time and worked until 6~7 pm. Then suddenly he told me that the Oven was burnt so he was not able to clean it (but it was still functional). Lots of cleaning jobs (but he did not specify details) so he had to raise the price from original quote $210 to $350 (but he came for the estimate first and gave me the number). Although i was reluctant, but eventually i did pay him $350 after his service (because lots of professional deep cleanings charge around this amount). I had to buy a new Oven then. My PM checked it and said they did not vacuum the new carpet (this should be included in the standard deep cleaning service), and the master bath floor and shower door were still dirty. The tenants said that they did not clean all the AC registers. I was trying to ask him back to do the corrections. I told him either he came back or returned me some money. First he replied he would, then he said he was out of country so i had to wait, and at last he did not response at all. At the end I had to call for another cleaning service to correct the problems. I do not know how to describe this service. All I can say here is it is not professional. He came and did the quota first, say nothing about the oven, then suddenly he told me he could not do the oven and raised the price about 70%. The afterwords non-responsive is totally unacceptable. I would say here is that they are not good at deep cleaning service.
