I highly recommend Eric for all of your pressure washing needs. He is very responsive. He responded very quickly to my text and provided a quote which was reasonable. He is also an honest businessman. When he intially arrived to complete the work, he was honest enough to tell me that my driveway did not need to be pressure washed. I couldn’t believe that he did that. That type of honesty when doing business is rare these days. It was very refreshing. I eventually called him to remove a few stains that were in the driveway and he did a great job. The work was impressive.

Efficiency accompanied by courtesy is a rare combination in today’s work world. The courtesy extended to me today by the proprietor Eric was very impressive because of its rarity. Eric provided detailed explanations and personal assistance when needed. Such concern is refreshing and should become more widespread. Final notation: Excellent job!

HOA said our roof was dirty. Called up Eric and scheduled an appointment after looking through reviews online. Making the appointment was easy as Eric is very responsive and communicative. Gave me a quote beforehand so there were no surprises. Day of appointment Eric sent a text about an hour before saying when he would arrive. Once on site he gave a thorough explanation of the process and we did a walk around of the house. He inspected and took before photos of the tiles to make sure all were in good order. The process didn’t take long and Eric took extra care to ensure our plants near the house were protected. After he did a great job cleaning up the area with many different available options for payment. I would not hesitate to use Eric again. He was courteous, professional, and thorough. Thanks again Eric!

Eric is awesome! Got a simple quote, set a time, he showed up on time and provided before and after pictures for my HOA so they stop complaining to me. Eric did a great job and was thorough. Thank you. Highly recommend and will be seeing you next time I need the house cleaned. Thanks!

Eric did an amazing job on our home. He took time to clearly explain the process and the job was performed very efficiently. He was able to clean in many hard to reach areas and remove stains left behind by insects. Overall, Eric did a very thorough job at a reasonable price and our home looks great!
