Ruined my roof and refuse to pay for it after having their own roofer out to confirm it. DO NOT HIRE THIS CREW. They have just a few years of experience and do not understand how damaging chlorine can be. After cleaning my roof, they did not wash their chemicals off in their entirety. A month later, I had a leak. I checked my roof out and found strange chemical damage that was confirmed by my roofer. They had their own roofer out after gaslighting me for a week that “their chemicals couldn’t do this”. THEIR ROOFER CONFIRMED CHLORINE WOULD DO THIS AND THEY ASKED THE ROOFER HOW TO AVOID DOING THIS TO SOMEONES ROOF IN THE FUTURE. They left on terms implying they’d pay for it but just today Jessica has confirmed they will not pay for it. Now, I must waste more time and file a claim. Absolutely shameful. Jessica and her team are two faced with no technical acumen relating to the use of these sorts of chemicals. Be careful, folks. Update: Jessica continues to lie! She withheld her insurance information… And asked that her roofer come out. That is the mark of a good, honest business! I’ve also attached the “19 texts” that are somehow suspicious or in any way strange or a red flag.

At first, we were very happy with the job Jessica and team did. Unfortunately, they ended up damaging our flat roof that was not in scope for the cleaning and have since not taken responsibility after their own roofer confirmed the damage We had our roofer (who said the damage is not wear and tear) out to look at it before Jessica demanded she have hers out. We asked for their insurance information but they with held it. Their own roofer confirmed it was not wear and tear and Jessica so much as asked “how can we avoid this in the future”. After leaving, Jessica seemingly had a change of heart and decided they were no longer going to make things right. We’ve since had to file a claim and Jessica has had the gaul to accuse us trying to shake them down for money although they refused to offer their insurance information in the first place and have their roofer out. They are now continuing to lie about this in the BBB inquiry we’ve initiated. They have no logic… They say our house was damaged beforehand but insist there was no damage when they left. Yet, they claim it is wear and tear damage which both roofers said is not the case and has somehow spontaneously manifested over the course of 3 weeks? Additionally, they think chlorine cannot damage anything although they state they follow guidelines to ensure they don’t damage stuff. This has been maddening and I hope this gets at least one person to consider another source. Avoid this place at all costs. They will not make things right when things go wrong and are very accusatory. They think they can do no wrong.

What a great experience. My house looks brand new. I definitely recommend this company! Great people who do great work. Soft washed our gutters, outside furniture, roof, and exterior of the house. After the wash, my neighbors immediately asked me for their contact. I will definitely be contacting them again in the future!

Jessica and Brian are awesome!! We thought the house was going to need to be re-painted. Nope, it only needed their special touch. The house and roof look brand new again. We could not be happier and would recommend them over and over again!!
